I missed month to month payment and was made to pay double for the current month and next but still refused to load in data.I complained no one answered.went to the store in Kathu almost the whole week their system is down,they say cancel writhin 30days but what happens when their system is down the whole week.I am so angry and frustrated and I used my fuel and time to return to that poor service store .Even now refused to do manual work to refund me and cancel.I feel tortured and when I call they can’t help me refer me to the same store with system issues
A store in Kathu made me pay double and I re-assured me that I will be connected when I get home, it is not connecting. I called coverage and they said I paid double.Had to drive back again inconvenienced with fuel and have to que again whereas I am going to work later.I am not happy at all with the mtn service.
I recently visited the Shoprite Kathu shopping complex and the parking lot is horrible,full of potholes,the meat fridges smell horrible like dead animals.The prices are reasonable but I wonder about the health effect that comes with the meat.
I recently complained about their poor service and ridiculous charges of rates and taxes to an RDP house. The area is dirty,I hardly even use their rates and taxes but I’m being overcharged.Near Boitekong where there is also informal settlement.The municipality did not respond and also wanted to charge me R20 per page for my statements.I do not know what business they running but would like to rate this a zero for overcharging me for rates and taxes that I hardly even use whereas I doubt people around that area pay the same amount
I recently paid off and sealed my Telkom cellphone contract but everyday I am being harassed and threatened that I will get a summon,I will get a low credit score and a whole lot of messages from Telkom. I am never taking any contract with Telkom plus the data doesn’t last and the treatment and services just purely horrible.
The rates and taxes that i am being charged for extension 23 Boitekong, Rustenburg RDP houses are high and I am hardly at home, the electricity and water bill is ridiculously high and I hardly even use water that side .I only go home once a month. The whole area is a mess and I am told to pay R1600 per month for the rates and taxes that I only use once a month. 2.There is a water pipe that was broken for 3 weeks due to the municipality project for fibre installation, this is the 4th week and they have not repaired it. There was no electricity the whole past weekend and they still over charge me on rates and taxes that are high while service delivery is poor. I went to enquire and complain and I did not get assistance. The lady who works at enquiry told me that if I want to get the full statement for since the house was registered after my mothers passing ,I have to pay R20 per page which i have never encountered even at local internet cafes, she refused to send me an email saying they have system issues. I asked for the managers email and they refused to give me. May I please be assisted on this matter.My bill is suddenly R10k ,I have been paying R500 per month, last year the bill was on 00 when I opened an account.The whole of January and December I was not at home but they even took me to their lawyers and on a daily basis ,I am being bombarded with legal calls, messing up my credit record and telling me they will summon me to court. I sent emails of proof of payment to the same lawyers and the municipality but they did not allocate money instead I feel harrassed and I do not have money to afford lawyers to attend to that case since I have alot of debts and expenses that I am trying to recover from. Due to the historical financial issues reported, is this a way of the municipality recovering their loss by exploiting local citizen?Is everyone in the Boitekong extension 23 which is close to informal settlements paying the same amount of rates and taxes especially for people who stay in the area full time? Please kindly assist on escalation and complaint platform
They debited what I owe them but still get harassing messages from credit berau. I cancelled my contract and would never want to have another contract with them in future because their service is horrible,leaves my name tarnished with credit berau even when they debited.
Horrible interaction with me.Sends me so many unpleasant threatening messages that I owe Telkom and will take me to court even when @Telkom debited.I called them and they expect me to send proof of payment.Basically accusing me of owing Telkom without the right facts… I even cancelled the Telkom contract and would never like to take any contract with them due to this harassment issue coming from Credit Berau
I have a terrible experience with this network.They were so ready to take me to credit berau to discredit my name,after debiting they don’t fix that,I get endless law suit messages even after they got their money.I want to close up the contract, but they put you so long on the phone.I went to get the same SIM card for contract,they blocked it and was told to come the following day since they have system issues.My prepaid sim,ud buy R300 data in two days it’s depleted very fast
I got into an accident on the R52 road driving from Northern Cape to Rustenburg,I bumped into multiple potholes hence there was oncoming traffic and a car behind me.on the road from lichtenburg to Koster called Ditsobotla.I lost two tyres and had to call for emergency road assistance.The road is bad and is a hazard for many of us.I would like to report this for re-embur*****t of this expenditure and I would like to ask helo Peter to assist me with the correct channels to report this issue
