Very bad service
Asked for a solar installation quote.Paid more than 80% of the amount quoted as they requested, and then they took 3 weeks to deliver half of the stuff. When asking when they will come for installation, they kept on ignoring me and then the owner is never available. Till now almost 4 weeks later havent heard from the owner.

Very bad service

Poor poor poor baie vinnig as jy jou produk ingee maar dan maak hulle toe van Des sonder dat enig iemand weet j tot 16 Januarie laatweet niemand dan maak hulle oop en antwoord net nie die fone nie swak besigheid regtig mens hou jou kliente op hoogte ek self werk met kliente en hel man mens laatweet hoe ver jy vorder of wat gaan vir wat

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! REAL SCAMMERS!!!
Do not do buisiness with this people! they are real scammers! especially Lydenburg Branch!!! i have been scammed out of R23000! after a whole year and threatening with the police my generator were dumped in my yard! still broken! do not expect any help or assistance from the witbank branch either! this company in whole is full of excuse and bad service!!!!

GENER-8 WITBANK SCAM
Worst solar "specialist" ever! these people installed gysyers at silver acres estate and every tentant has a leaking rood from a malfunctioning gyser. These gysers were services by gener8 at a cost few days later leaks. We pay for gener8 to fix the leaks few days later again leaks! such a useless company. People must be warned these are scam artists who are not knowledgeable about their own trade.

GENER-8 WITBANK SCAM

these same people are the ones operating Rand Solar from 14 Rhyn Avenue in Florida Glen (which is empty). They take peoples money and don't' ever come back and fit the solar panels or geyser, basically they are robbing everyone.

Alternative energy with zero service or expertise
In February 2015 we decided to \go green"by converting our geysers to Solar panel geysers. We received may quotes but decided to go with Gener8 because they promised 10 years service and warrantee on their product. With a ton of struggle and complaining after full payment was made for the units we were finally converted to \""solar\"" First we realised that one of the units was not working at all"

Delays, excuses and bad service
Our initial experience with Gener8te was fantastic, we enquired about getting a solar geyser installed, their response was immediate, we were well informed and their pricing was very competitive. Happiness! <br> <br> But sadly when it came to doing the actual job we found ourselves extremely dissapointed! After a 3 week wait (with us having to constantly follow up) after placing our order, we were finnally given an installation date, besides arriving 3 hours later than promised, the two man team where not happy to be starting a new installation at 3 in the afternoon (their frustration was extremely evident) and were even missing parts for the installation. <br> <br> My husband later inspected their work after they had completed the job to discover the geyser was missing a geyser blanket (Paid R1000 for) there were wires everywhere and the drainage pipe was not even attached to the geyser.<br> <br> The sales contacts became very difficult to reach and did not return calls. After lots of excuses and passing the buck they have scheduled to return to do the job properly, lets see if they can redeem themselves.<br> <br> <br> <br>
