I order a batch of plastic cards for my work and was originally promised by Richard that they would be here last week. He confirmed delivery for today and then when I follow up in the afternoon he said they will only come tomorrow. I phoned to enquire about yet another delay and was told there's nothing that can be done and he forgot to organize the courier. His phone attitude was terrible and he seemed like he didn't even care that my already week late order is another day late. <br> <br> If you need plastic cards ordered I would suggest you go else where or be prepared to be promised lots with no delivery.
We had our windows fitted with smash and grab at the sound guys in Rand burg (also know as Main Reef Auto Sound and Security) The jobs was done terribly, full of bubbles and even a cut in the one window glass. They promised to fix it, but took a whole day to remove it and then another day to re-install it. 3 days without a vehicle just for smash and grab!
The Randburg Tyres & More are fantastic! Their service is quick and efficient, the sales guys are welcoming and full of advice and their pricing is excellent. I will only go back to them for any tyre related problems or advice.<br> <br>
We purchased a Land Rover Freelander from Auto Capital, after waiting two days for them to do the road worthy, wheel balancing and Valet we excitedly went to pick up our new car. Unfortunately our excitment was short lived as were handed the keys to a vehicle that was filthy dirty, missing the floor mats and later discovered it was missing the windscreen water bottle cap. Further to our dissapointment the vehicle made a horrible screetching noise on the front right wheel when you breaked.<br> <br> Auto Capital said we must return the vehicle so that they could fix all the issues. After having to phone and follow up if the vehicle was finished I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the wheel,the cap had been ordered and we could come and fetch it. Basically it stood on their floor for a day with nothing done to it. We sent the vehicle to a Tyres and more to check on the noise to discover the protection plate had been bent and was causing the noise. It took 30 minutes and cost nothing to fix. Auto Capital didnt even remove the wheel to look if there was anything wrong! <br> <br> We are still waiting for the R800 Valet we were promised and the ownership papers two weeks later.<br>
Our initial experience with Gener8te was fantastic, we enquired about getting a solar geyser installed, their response was immediate, we were well informed and their pricing was very competitive. Happiness! <br> <br> But sadly when it came to doing the actual job we found ourselves extremely dissapointed! After a 3 week wait (with us having to constantly follow up) after placing our order, we were finnally given an installation date, besides arriving 3 hours later than promised, the two man team where not happy to be starting a new installation at 3 in the afternoon (their frustration was extremely evident) and were even missing parts for the installation. <br> <br> My husband later inspected their work after they had completed the job to discover the geyser was missing a geyser blanket (Paid R1000 for) there were wires everywhere and the drainage pipe was not even attached to the geyser.<br> <br> The sales contacts became very difficult to reach and did not return calls. After lots of excuses and passing the buck they have scheduled to return to do the job properly, lets see if they can redeem themselves.<br> <br> <br> <br>
Ive been a pretty happy FNB customer untill we enetered the home loan market. During our 3 month application process with FNB I have dealt with sales personal that couldnt construct a proper sentence through email communication, three delays due to incorrect capture of forms, systems down, managers that never get back to you, transfered from person to person. The begining started off all simple and the process was communicated to us as easy by the front desk but once we moved from department to department it appears the behind the scenes people you never actually meet face to face are not equiped to do their jobs in my opinion. Very dissapointing from a brand that promotes service excellence
