Excuse on excuse when the must pay you
Very bad I've cancelled my insurance because I have sold my car and naked said I will get a refund on pro rata. It's now 18 days already and excuse on excuse so ya very unhappy think twice before you take insurance with these guys

Poor verry poor they dont come back to you with awnsers about your parcelle you have to call them always sweet promises and no delivery on time

Really not user frie...
Really not user friendly you must struggle after payment is done from 5pm till 9:15pm and can not get anything right with this app no help no one to ask

i have a data simcard from telkom for the past 3 weeks no network what so ever my account is up to date never sliped one payment i cant get through to telkom im using my sim data to work and i cant do anyting left messages on facebook on telkom page no reply

when i had a problee...
when i had a probleem with my unit that was installed i had a problem with them not updating the adres to go out to after 3 days a teknition calls me saying that he is here to do the installation for me ok after i give him my adress he did not even know what to do becouse his jobcard with my name and number is there but diffrent car make i phoned around 100 rand airtime to cartrack the tecnition was friendly but the afr lady at middelburg scheduling dep bad keeps interupting me while im bussy talking verry sad really i pay for a service and only headoffice jhb is helping middelburg poor poor poor service

done an application 2 to 3 weeks ago no phone call nothing needed a phone urgent but rather went to a store and took out a contract terrible realy used to have great service but this is not the first time done one previously also no awnser
