Genkem Tuffset - Beware. Waste of Money.
Genkem head-office response to a complaint disgusting. Purchased Genkem Tuffset to test against the Gorilla equivalent. Both products very expensive. The Genkem product activated in the container without it ever having been opened. The container became severely bloated and rock hard. Genkem simply not interested in my complaint!

Sub Standard product
I used Nova 1 on the horizontal brickwork leading to the entrance to our house as well as the plinth around the house, during the past three months. After the recent rains, the product has washed off. The label clearly states weather resistant. I have written to the company on two occasions, and have been totally ignored

Product change
Please be careful if you want to use any Gemkem products on wood. Rather stay as trusted brands. They have change their packaging but not any labels. Gleem is no longer te gleem we know it is now just vanish. Do not use. If you complain their batch no have no problem. They still didn't listen and still don't say the water-based gleem is now a vanish.
