I went on the Internet and searched for curtain rails, which I found at Builders being advertised at R 82.00 for a 2.5-meter rail. I proceeded to Builders in Fourways and to my disgust, I found that I had been charged R155.00 for the item. I phoned and logged a query with the call center, who responded by first of all calling me a small man and then going on to tell me that the price was only applicable to online purchases. Nowhere in the ad are online purchases mentioned and in fact, you are immediately taken to the builders close to you. I tried to write a review on their website, however, I received an email this morning telling me they could not publish it. This is the second similar complaint I lodged with builders, the previous one was incorrect pricing on Chlorine which I was told after paying for it that staff had incorrectly priced the item. I am totally disgusted with the service and would advise anybody out the to make use of Leroy Merlin as the price on the same item was only R89.00 with staff really going out of their way to assist.
I became a member of Bonitas some 8 months ago, and since day one it has been a struggle. First we were told that our situation would remain unchanged if we migrated from Nedbank to Bonitas. Far from it after 6 down the track, we were told to go to Script Pharm or pay a 40% levy. In the past eight months, I continuously received my chronic medicine late. Spoke to the call center this morning, the entire Bonitas has no medical aid cards to give to clients and was told to sort the chronic meds out with Script Pharm.
I used Nova 1 on the horizontal brickwork leading to the entrance to our house as well as the plinth around the house, during the past three months. After the recent rains, the product has washed off. The label clearly states weather resistant. I have written to the company on two occasions, and have been totally ignored
Total no care attitude regarding emails being down. The Customer Care division replies to nothing, and it is impossible to get through to the call center.
Very disappointed by the lack of service received by the Fourways branch. Spent a lot of money and yet they are not willing to change a toy which is faulty. My daughter was shouted out by Nadia on her way out. A Christmas gift does not come with a receipt of purchase. However the barcoding should be sufficient. What about the loyalty card which was used. I am disgusted and will never return to that brand. A child does not understand.
We requested travel insurance on the 12th of June 2015 the premium being R571.00. My account was debited with the R571.00 plus an additional amount of R1142.00. The Consultant was Bester Moyo who confirmed that the R1142.00 would be re credited to my account the next day. I subsequently had to forward a copy of my Nedbank statement to prove the triple debit. But still to no avail. Every time I phone I get shunted from pillar to post ,and remain out of pocket. Policy Nr NED601735CSA
I contacted the Nedbank Call Centre to enquire as to how I had to go about opening an Investment account for my Grand Son.<br> I was advised to go to my nearest branch (Glen Acres) taking with me a certified copy of his birth certificate my ID and proof of residence.<br> When I arrived at Nedbank I was first dealt with by the enquiry counter, and referred to whom I believe was the Manager (although she never introduced herself) only to be told that I require my Grand Son's original Birth Certificate , which was contra to the Call Centre instruction. It was further stated that Nedbank does not accept Cirtified copies.<br> I then proceeded to lodge a complaint with the Nedbank Complaints which has been ignored.<br> Funny enough this product is currently being promoted by Nedbank Glen Acres.<br> Needless to say my Grand Son still has no account.
I have in the past week written three emails to Chubb regarding the increase in monthly fees, and to date I have had no response .<br> Taking into account that I have been a client of theirs for the past 14 years I think their attitude sucks..
