We made payment this morning for Assistance Management full-time course, but by this afternoon we were told that's the classes are only online and there is NO REFUND for the R3000 Registration fee
This company is sending threatening emails regarding an Vodacom account which was opened in 2021 in my name without my consent account. I have responded with affidavit stating that I didn't open an account with Vodacom but still I am being harassed the whole day, every day.These are the numbers calling: MBD VODACOM 083 960 5093, 081 046 4120, 083 705 0506, 011 050 3067, 011 058 8381. I recently heard a few people complain about the same issue from the same company. This is a *****ulent case which Vodacom takes no responsibility for. I am pleading for assistance. I need my name removed from black listing as soon as possible.
After settlement amount was paid on 24 April, Direct Axis still debited my bank account on the 28th of April causing a lot of inconveniences. I was able to reverse the payment and block future transactions through my bank.
Direct Axis has not allocated money paid from my Standard Bank account to Direct Axis (Fnb) Settlement account number on 24.04.2023 at 10:15 as of today (48 hours) being the 26.04.2023. Saying they cannot assist me because somebody from Direct Axis has locked my account. Because I made this payment already, I will not have sufficient funds to accommodate this loan debit order at the end on April only enough for my outstanding debit orders.
My kids were robbed change by the driver named Njabulo who took my kids this morning, he took more cash from my kids than what was due to him. The trip was only R36 but he took R105 cash. I only found out when they came back. I've sent an email to support @bolt but there are no options for my query from their app. Please help me get my change back from that dishonest driver.
I sent a request for a statement, eventually I received a statement dated 2016/03/07 on 2023/01/13. I called them back on 021 764 3404 a consultant refused to send me my current statement, told me that my account is in arrears she cannot assist me any further until I have made payment (I have never been in arrears for the past 7 years!) I was transferred to accounts department EXT 3409, the answering service had option 1 for banking details OR 9 back to consultants who tell me they cannot assist while jeopardizing my name. I need evidence that my account is in arrears, why and for how long because my last debit order went through successfully on 2022.12.22 my next debit order is only due on 2023/01/22.
I'm still waiting for my quotation on exterior paints since 07.12.2022 - useless bunch!
I had a very bad elephonic experience with Zama of Spur Grand Canyon at Sandy's Centre. I called 5 minutes ago to place an order, my network kept cutting off. Now she keeps cutting my calls 031 701 799
