At first all seemed legit. I was requested to pay an amount of R6500 and promised that my debt review would be uplifted within 5 days. That was on the 30th of May 2025. It is now the 20th of August 2025 and everytime we enquire we get a list of excuses. Have a feeling these people are not who they say they are. No regular feedback, no results, just excuses. 3rd company in a row to just take money and do absolutely nothing, 1st on was Siyaya debt councellors, secon was Pinnacle debt solutions and now this one. Seems that all these people are just in it for a quick buck. Have been struggling since 2011, so left unable to buy a car or a house. Must be nice if people just hand you money for nothing.

Dept free
I have been under dept review fromm 2011 until 2025 and have paidup all my depts and legal fees with them.they assured me that i would be free from red flags and within a week i could approach fanacial insstitutions for credit thanks guys you help me very much thanks to Ilse for your speedy admin work.

Unhappy with Debt Councillor
I have been under debt counselling with Gerhard Stoltz Debt Counsellors for the past 5yrs. My term should finish at end of Aug but somehow it does not seem like that. Every time I send emails to enquire about my balances, it takes them more than 3 months to respond, if they respond at all. I have to call my creditors myself for balances as they never provide me with any. I sent them an email 1 June requesting balances and to dat I have not received any feedback from them which means I have to contact my creditors myself. it has been a constant struggle to get any service from them for the past 5yrs
