At first all seemed legit. I was requested to pay an amount of R6500 and promised that my debt review would be uplifted within 5 days. That was on the 30th of May 2025. It is now the 20th of August 2025 and everytime we enquire we get a list of excuses. Have a feeling these people are not who they say they are. No regular feedback, no results, just excuses. 3rd company in a row to just take money and do absolutely nothing, 1st on was Siyaya debt councellors, secon was Pinnacle debt solutions and now this one. Seems that all these people are just in it for a quick buck. Have been struggling since 2011, so left unable to buy a car or a house. Must be nice if people just hand you money for nothing.
Took an alternator in to repair which they could not repair at all. Paid in advance for the work according to their assessment. Had to buy a new alternator at the end of the day and Shaun I suspect to be the workshop manager promised that he would refund me the money paid seeing that they could not fix the part. That was on the 4th of October 2024, up to now I have not recieved any refund after numerous whatsapps and visits to their shop. Every time there is a different excuse. Then the HR is sick, then her husband is sick etc etc. So business stands still because apparently they have no HR available. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Been struggling with this ISP for a while now. Asked earlier in the year to be switched to a different package through Metrofibre in Witbank. Evotel sent all the needed documents and that's the last we heard of them. Sure this was around April allready. Now I am still paying for a 100/100 fibre line but only getting 30/30. No communication and if I call they refuse to talk to me since the account is on the owner of the house I am renting from's name. Well I would very much like to throw your router through a window and have you vome pick it up in the road. I rent here but I pay your ridicilous monthly fee with your below standard network speeds.
Great service, parts are sorted and sent out quickly. Would highly recommend Modern Auto Parts. Second time ordering something from them and the level of service recieved is above expectation. My parts have to be shipped from them in Cape Town to me In Witbank Mp and within 4 days the parts are here. Prices are far better than any local shop including the courier costs. Will definately order more parts.
Will never use this company again. They charge courier fees to use Paxi and they do not respond to their clients at all. Worst bunch of incompitent c u nts.
I have paid my contract in full and cancelled it yet cell c has the audacity to send me another bill. Well this is me stating on a public platform that you will not recieve a single cent from me ever again! I have sms proof sent by your cancellations department that my contract has been paid in full and my line will be switched to prepaid on 12/25/2022. You people do not know what is going on in your own business, your service sucks and coverage is the worst in SA. Feel free to keep sending me invoices, I will keep giving you finger!
Absolutely no client service, sell broken items to you and then expect you to run after them for a refund and basically beg them for a refund. Fast to take your money, after that you wont hear from them again unless you start the communication from your side. First company in history where you have to fill in a refund request form and beg for your money back after shipping their broken s**** up and down. Will never buy anything from this place again.
Worst company to do business with. So called owner cannoy get a courier company to deliver after you have paid for shipping so you have to drive up and down looking for him, then the items he sells you arrives broken and tampered with. Company refused refund eventhough the damage caused by them is clear on photo evidence. Do not do business with this company as you will waste your time and money. This is a so called company but the "ceo" does not even own a car to deliver your order himself. This company is a joke and a utter waste of time. Pity I cannot post photos o the item in question. It is really disgusting to even think someone would sell something like this through a company.
Worst courier service in South Africa. Have been waiting for a package from Johannesburg to Witbank and everyday now they reshedule the pick up. Wont reccomend anyone to use this useless company. I have a customer waiting for the products I ordered but this so called Courier company cannot even bring a package 150km even though they get paid to do it, will cost me to take time out of my shedule and drive through to collect it myself. They should rather just close down. I ordered a queen size bed from East London though another courier company on the same day and I have allready recieved it. Useless excuse for a business!!!
Purchased Windows 10 from ZarroTech through Bid or Buy and the link they sent me caused 2 seperate hard drives to fail completely after installing their windows onto the disks, one was a brand new adata ssd drive the other was an older seagate hhd. When I informed them they gave me a bad rating and are requesting now that my rating be removed about the virusses they sell people. Bid or buy is threatening to remove the rating if I do not supplu proof, how fo I extract proof from dead drives??? Sent them a mail to collect the drives at their cost so I am waiting for that. Do not use Zarrotech on Bid or buy as they sell virusses and cost you a lot of money in replacing damaged equipment.
