On the 23 September I booked a ride with bolt and twice the drivers came to the pick up location and demanded cash, the first driver even refused to unlock the doors as he was demanding cash upfront, as my payment was already set up as card payment I could not pay the driver cash. October drove off and on the app it stated driving to destination, I then had to cancel the ride but I was charged the driving fee. I booked another ride and same story. I then decided to change my payment method to cash and driver arrived and paid cash in exiting the vehicle Bolt charged for for the first 2 rides and now they say that it is pre authorisation on my card which is ridiculous I want my money back immediately! I even have VN pics of the drivers which demanded cash payment
I cancelled my Rain subscription on 3 April, just after a debit order went through on my account. I received a cancellation email to that effect. 3 May, a debit went off my account again, called them again and cancelled and asked why it was not cancelled and why the debit, because when I spoke to an agent in April, I was told that there would be no more debits. The agent could not provide an acceptable answer but a cancellation was put through again. so now its June, and yet again another debit went off my account. How long will this be going on for?? Dont know if Rain agents do not understand what it means when i want to cancel my subscription!!!!
I don't understand why it is so difficult to obtain a paid-up letter from MBD when taking money from our accounts is fairly easy.
So I have been told that I have an account at STD bank which was opened when I was in High School and that I have been handed over. Now I want to make payment just to get rid of it as I need to do things, no one can give me clarity on the account. No one call give me a balance or tell me what type of account this is. I just really need my name cleaed!
I have been under debt counselling with Gerhard Stoltz Debt Counsellors for the past 5yrs. My term should finish at end of Aug but somehow it does not seem like that. Every time I send emails to enquire about my balances, it takes them more than 3 months to respond, if they respond at all. I have to call my creditors myself for balances as they never provide me with any. I sent them an email 1 June requesting balances and to dat I have not received any feedback from them which means I have to contact my creditors myself. it has been a constant struggle to get any service from them for the past 5yrs
I am being called frequently from Brooks and Luyt even though someone just listed me as a next of kin, I have given them several time the persons cell numbers and even employer name and number but they still choose to phone me. Can this please stop now because it has been going on for years.
<p>I have a airtime contract with Vodacom and for the past three months I have been converting my airtime into data.</p> <p>Vodacom took it upon themselves to give me an "extra 1 gig" and then just automatically charge me for it.</p> <p>on the self service u choose the option to buy data and wanting data for 30days, thats what I chose, now Vodacom chooses to give me that "extra 1 gig" which I also do not know where it goes to because I do not surf the web that much which is why I dont want a data card.</p> <p>You have no right to decide on my behalf that I need an extra 1 gig unless YOU are going to pay for it.!!!!</p> <p>In my mind this constitutes an unlawful because you cannot give a customer something without notifying them that you are giving it and also that you will be charging them for it. Yes I received no communication of that sort from Vodacom!</p> <p>I am finish with Vodacom!!!!</p> <p>I will rather stick to a network provider who does not decide on my behalf and just goes ahead and debit my bank account as they see fit!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I spent so much money buying a dell laptop thinking that it would be a good buy, but I guess not.</p> <p>A Dell laptop is only meant for technicians as when you logg a call then they want to rouble shoot with you, walk you through fixing the problem.</p> <p>HELLLOOOO, If i wanted to be an IT tehnician i would have studied it, dont you think??????</p> <p>The charger supplied with the laptop keep on giving errors of not being compatible, have complained to Dell and a technician was sent, but keep on getting the same problem!</p> <p>So I gues my money is down the drain because when the warranty expires who will fix it??? O I forgot, they expect you to already have an IT Degree when you purchase a dell laptop!!!</p> <p>WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A DELL LAPTOP TO ANYONE, RATHER STICK TO LENOVO OR HP!!!</p>
<p>Direct Axis has been calling me severeal times now and everytime it is a differnt consultant,</p> <p>Due to my Financial contstraint I have advised them that the minimum I can afford would be R250 on a balance of R27k, I have stated that that would be for the next 6 months when I will assess my financial situation again, but it seems that they want to assess my financial situation every other third day because a new consultant would call to ask when I will be settling the account when I only stated that I hoped that my Financial situation would change in the next 6 months which would enable me to settle it.I have started making the arranged payment already, but the calls just keeps on coming for new arrangements.</p> <p>As I am made aware with every call, that all calls are recorderd; I dont see the need for another consultant to call me 2days later to make a higher rrangement.</p> <p>Unfortunately for me, I have a few Creditors and giving everyone a little portion until such time when I am in a position to settle my accounts.</p> <p>I AM A VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY CLIENT BECAUSE I HAVE TO SIT ON PERSONAL CALLS EVERY SECOND DAY FOR THE SAME THIN AT WORK WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR MY POSITION IN THE COMPANY</p>
