Receiving calls from GVDM that cant be traced when I contacted them
I received a "missed call" from a cell number from GVDM Attorney's Incorporated earlier today. I phoned them back and the lady at reception said that nobody called me but she will remove my number from their system. My question is, If nobody phoned me from their cell number, how is it that I received a missed call from them and what is my cell number doing on their system? She asked for my surname, without any results. Later on I received another missed call from them with the same results. This time I was told that she will escalate the request to the IT department to remove my number from the system. Again, my question is, What is my number doing on their system? They don't supply any email on their webpage

I am being harassed by people claiming to be from this company and saying I have been handed over to the by Creditors and I must start paying into to their bank account. When I refuse they shout at me threatening me

Credit didn't get restored and want more money after the account is settled
Gerhard van DER merwe attorney has written my husband up for dept with maravedi credit solutions and put a debit order against his bank in 2012 he have paid the whole amount on the 1 September 2014 and now they Gerhard van DER merwe attorney want to write my husband up for the same account just there is interest on the account for R28000 how do the company work and I have the letters that says I have settled the account

Gerhard van DER merwe attorney has written my husband up for dept with maravedi credit solutions and put a debit order against his bank in 2012 he have paid the whole amount on the 1 September 2014 and now they Gerhard van DER merwe attorney want to write my husband up for the same account just there is interest on the account for R28000 how do the company work and I have the letters that says I have settled the account

Invalid garnishment
In 2016 I saw a deduction on my salary advice with reference of Gerhard vd Merwe of R500. I asked at work to clarify, and I was told it was garnishments. I contacted them and asked for the order. They sent me that order and I knew the creditor but nothing about application for garnishments against me. As far as I know, I have to be informed and be present in court to present my side, I was not offered that opportunity. This makes invalidate the order they used. The rule is, the order my be obtained where the defendant works. The order was granted in Mthatha, Eastern Cape; by that time I wasn't working in Mthatha, but I was working at Mafikeng, North West. This make the order invalid. All I want now is for them to pay back my money.

The attorneys service is very bad. They do not give you feedback on the house transaction. You have to phone them to find out on the progress of the transaction. Please think twice on using these attorneys. If you confront them they threaten you with legal action.They are located in Bedfordview.
