It's been 2 full weeks since I ordered and paid for my item, till now, there's nothing happening. If I knew, I would have avoided this ****. I have been forced to buy the same item somewhere else.
I'm very disappointed, I ordered my item 10 days ago and there's no update from the Yoink. This is embarrassing
The debt I had for Mixtelematics has reached the prescription period according to Prescription Act. When I asked them to remove it from credit bureau, an arrogant guy called me, shouted at saying I'm crazy, the Tracking company debt doesn't prescribe, when I asked him to support what he was saying, he couldn't. He kept shouting that the device is expensive and it must be paid for, etc. He had no time to listen or reason with me. I kept asking them through email to provide the details of the debt, but they don't respond or call. Later on, someone responded to the email and attached a document that can open at all, so far I don't any tangible correspondence from them. This is the worse company to deal with. Difficult to contact, very arrogant people with no communication skills at all.
Melon is promising customers unlimited voice and Sms with 5gb data for R199. However, I asked them to top up my minutes, they say they can't load minutes because I'm using the minutes for business, which is false. It was before 3 or 4 days before the end of my paid term and I ran out of voice minutes and had to use another network for calls. They must not promise what they can't provide and stop assuming that one is using minutes for business. I'm 1000km from home, so when I call them and finish the minutes to them it's business. I'm disappointed in them. I had just recommended they to some members but I had to stop others from joining because they might be ****med also
In 2016 I saw a deduction on my salary advice with reference of Gerhard vd Merwe of R500. I asked at work to clarify, and I was told it was garnishments. I contacted them and asked for the order. They sent me that order and I knew the creditor but nothing about application for garnishments against me. As far as I know, I have to be informed and be present in court to present my side, I was not offered that opportunity. This makes invalidate the order they used. The rule is, the order my be obtained where the defendant works. The order was granted in Mthatha, Eastern Cape; by that time I wasn't working in Mthatha, but I was working at Mafikeng, North West. This make the order invalid. All I want now is for them to pay back my money.
Netstar installed tracking device on my vehicle, they confirmed that the device is active. A month later I called to test the device, they could not locate my vehicle saying, the device is not active. They promised to send the technician within 48 hours, that didn't happen. One month passed by, I called to test again, they said they couldn't locate my vehicle because the device don't show to be active. I told them that I will be reversing the premiums because they didn't keep their side of the contract. What if my car was stolen and wanted they to track it? Why should I pay for the services not rendered? I reversed some premium I had paid. Now they keep calling me forcing me to pay for the service which they failed to provide. I am disappointed and angry.

Last year I wrote about this Shapiro Shaikh Defries and the response I got was that they would be removed from my credit report. That did happen but now they have put themselves on my credit report again, taking my score 40 points down. I think I have to follow a legal route now and claim for damages they are causing me.
I keep receiving emails scaring me with court summons from Lifestyle Legal, representing Loan Choice SA demanding that I pay R1700. I never a loan with Loan Choice. I replied to these people asking for copies of documents that I signed taking a loan but they don't respond to my request instead they keep sending these "court summons imminent " email. Shapiro Shaikh took and revived a store account which was already closed because of prescription. This a nonsensical act by a legal department. When I contacted then, they want me to prove that it was prescribed, actually it's them who must prove that the account was/is not prescribed. This is a practice which should be discouraged at all costs. When I asked them to clear my name, they told me it's not them who update the credit bureau but their third party friends. This company in not reliable to do business transparently.
