I have been a customer of Gira Rio since they started doing business, but after the complete and utter rudeness that I experienced from the owner, Fernando de Abreu this evening, I am afraid they will NOT have the privilege of receiving my business ever again. I will also make sure to tell everyone I know about this. After patiently waiting for more than an hour for my order, I dared to ask how long it will still take, only to receive the aggressive answer from the owner that I must remember they are not Burger King. I was asked if I can't see that they are busy...! Gira Rio and Fernando de Abreu, you have lost a loyal customer.
