Received a notification from Toyota on a recall of the airbag and made a booking with Godrich Toyota for the replacement of the airbag at no cost. Arrived at Godrich early and booked in the vehicle. The lady asked if they can wash the vehicle and I clearly stated NO. Went to collect my vehicle just after 15h30 and discovered a crack approximately 20cm long right in the middle of my windscreen. Enquired what happened and Henk Faber the Service Manager walked out and said oh look a stone chip. Fact remains that there would be NO Crack if they washed the vehicle which I doubt caused it crack. My no cost turns into the replacement of my windscreen now at an inconvenient time. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and inform me that the windscreen had cracked while they were supposedly washing my vehicle which I did not request and stated as much. Furthermore - I am aware of 2 other stone chips which did not run so why this one right in the middle of the windscreen where they were working? I dispute the stone chip excuse.

I bought a Mahindra at Godrich Toyota which was traded in by another customer. In less than 6 months the car started giving me problems. I called them and they are giving me run arounds about fixing the car. I bought the car in August 2024 and the car started having clutch problem December 2024. I called the last place the car was serviced and they emailed me a report saying the car had a clutch shader when it when for it’s 70k service. December 2024 I took the car for check since the RPMs were jumping and the car was losing power. I was told that the clutch and Flywheel might need to be replaced but that might cost me over R30k. I drove the car back from Nelspruit to Jo’burg, and made a booking at Mahindra East Rand and I was told the same thing about the clutch. January 2025 I took the car for its 90k service and I was told multiple parts of the front suspension are worn out and need to be replaced. I called Toyota Godrich and I was told they will not repair those items. I am currently losing money because I cannot do extra hours at work due to not having my personal transport.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership & received excellent service. The vehicle was advertised on Auto Trader & on my enquiring about the vehicle they were prepared to bring the vehicle to Fourways for us to inspect. On purchasing the vehicle they delivered the vehicle to Fourways at no extra charge.

LAINEY GODRICH is a dishonest **** artist who hides behind the name of Godrich Toyota - she poses as an attorney which she is NOT and racks up debt everywhere she goes. She doesn't pay her employees, people with children who have lost control of their lives because of the lack of honesty and ethics of this evil woman. She must be stopped. She calls herself CEO of Grunlite Energy - beware to anyone wanting to work with this company or this woman - she will cheat you, there is no doubt !!! Her partner Peter Drysdale is equally guilty of this almighty **** !!!

We bought a toyota legend last year with a rolling shutter at godrich toyota Yesterday we took our bakkie for its 50 000 km service. And asked for wheel balancing ect. We live on a farm with a 20 km dirt road. They did the balacing ect with the dirty wheels. Now it still bounce well driving. The bakkie itself was still dirty inside and outside with pieces of mud still on the wheels. Our rolling shutter also keep on breaking. 3rd time now. Now they say we put something heavy on the rolling shutter. That is not true. So they refuse to fix the rolling shutter

Took the car for service and on the way back home, car makes sound. when i reported it, they booked an appointment for check up. Upon arrival... Worst service ever to the point of one staff member removing her name tag just to ill treat people. She woke up ready for a fight and decided she would serve that on a customer. To my surprise... I was to pay for diagnosis of a problem caused by them. I was told staff members steal parts of a good car and sell it after work in the townships especially ladies. No one would assist and my issue is unresolved. I was told to pay instead.

Worst customer service ever. Each time I go to Godrich Toyota I have a horrible experience. Do yourself a favour and drive a little further to a different Toyota where they actually put their customers first.

Took my car for a service at Godrich Toyota. The car was perfect nothing wrong with it. When I collected the car in the afternoon and driving back home, there was some noise. I could not make it home, the car stalled. I called Godrich Toyota and the sent o e of their technician to come have a look. When he opened the bonnet there was a rag stuck in the pulley. He called a tow truck and the car was towed back to Godrich. To cut a long story short, the car was now leaking water and apparently some valves were damaged. First they did not want to accept that it was neglegance on their side and they said it was already leaking water when it came in for a service. I had to fight to get a courtesy car as I am running a business. It's been 3 weeks now and they say they are waiting for parts. I am ver disappointed with this dealership. I don't think I will ever take my car there again.
