I purchased a 10kg Golden Cloud flour and when I opened it, it was full with lumps of the flour! It was so bad that the lumps were even stuck on the inside of the packaging of the flour, I contacted Golden Cloud via the details on the packaging and they asked me for my contact details and said someone from the relevant department will contact me, I even sent a few pictures of proof showing the package and the flour itself, yet - it's been more than 2 weeks now and nothing! No response or anything! I can now see that they have *********** people working for them, no wonder the job can't be done! It does not take 2 weeks to give a customer, a Loyal Customer a reply on the situation at hand! I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from such a company. It is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic! I have always used Golden Cloud (and TigerBrands) products, but if this is the service they give out to their customers then I rather support a different brand, it is pathetic on Golden Cloud and the entire Tiger Brand, itself! Disgusted!
