I purchased a 10kg Golden Cloud flour and when I opened it, it was full with lumps of the flour! It was so bad that the lumps were even stuck on the inside of the packaging of the flour, I contacted Golden Cloud via the details on the packaging and they asked me for my contact details and said someone from the relevant department will contact me, I even sent a few pictures of proof showing the package and the flour itself, yet - it's been more than 2 weeks now and nothing! No response or anything! I can now see that they have *********** people working for them, no wonder the job can't be done! It does not take 2 weeks to give a customer, a Loyal Customer a reply on the situation at hand! I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from such a company. It is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic! I have always used Golden Cloud (and TigerBrands) products, but if this is the service they give out to their customers then I rather support a different brand, it is pathetic on Golden Cloud and the entire Tiger Brand, itself! Disgusted!
So, I've opened a Nedbank MiGoals account a few months ago. Little did I know I'd be having such difficulty with them. Truly disappointing. I did the application online via the app and it was said to me that the delivery for my MiGoals card will be FREE! And that a delivery charge might appear on my account but will be reversed within 5 business days. It's been months now and that hasn't happened! My account is now overdrawn! Nedbank has sent me a message saying I need to pay that amount for the card delivery which is R170.59 . In the message that was sent to me it said I need to pay that amount or legal action will be taken on me, which is complete and utter nonsense! Why will I face legal action? If I was told the delivery is free? It just seems like this is how Nedbank likes to scheme their clients or potential clients! It's absolutely ridiculous and pathetic of the company! I've called Nedbank twice already and was told that it will be rectified! It's been a while now and nothing has changed! I received a sms this morning saying my account has been handed to their attorneys which will result in a judgement! This is such nonsense! I will never, never, never use Nedbank again! They try and trick you into opening an account with them saying things will be free and all that but in the end you get charged with things you weren't aware of and then they try to take legal action on you? Such pathetic behavior from a Bank!! I even have the screenshots to prove that the delivery was going to be free! When I called Nedbank the last time they said it'll be cleared and the lady told me she had put a query through and that it'll be sorted but it hasn't been! Instead it got worse! What kind of people working for Nedbank do they have? So ***********! I called Nedbank again this morning trying to resolve the issue! And had little to no help! I was told the matter has been escalated to the manager and it will be sorted out! Which was the very same thing I was told the last time I called, and nothing was done! I will definitely not recommend Nedbank to anyone after experiencing this! Word of mouth is a very powerful tool! You cannot treat customers this way! Making us pay for something that supposed to be free! It is absolutely pathetic! I will get everyone I know to close their Nedbank accounts and rather move to a bank that actually cares about their customers and that doesn't try to manipulate them! And that has competent people working for them! Absolutely disgusted with this service from Nedbank! It's terrible in every single way!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from the Vodacom in Newcastle at the Newcastle Mall! On Saturday, I went into the store wanting to buy a new phone. I have been a Vodacom customer all my life so naturally I went there to get my new phone. But the service I've gotten there makes me want to change my entire network. A salesman came to help me and called me to his desk - I told him what I wanted and he said that isn't possible to get the phone I wanted because they don't stock it anymore and so I asked but how is it in the Vodacom book being advertised then? He said that he doesn't know with a lot of attitude. I asked for the manager and he said she was off but some other lady came to speak to me, it was an Indian lady. She came and explained the same thing the other salesman told me but with such attitude, as if she didn't wanna help me, like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. She told me with such attitude and rudeness in her voice to try another branch. Now there is another branch in Newcastle so I asked her to please call them and find out if they have the phone because she said to me that they might have it. When I asked her to do that she looked at me and opened her eyes at me and said " Oh, I must do it?". Yes, obviously she was supposed to phone and find out, like every other proper, decent store does! She spoke with such ignorance! I told her yes, she needs to phone. She then looks at me and says we don't know the number for the other store! Like how can you not have the numbers for the other stores? What kind of nonsense is that? What kind of business is Vodacom now running? I told her to check for it. She went into the back room and did NOT come back out to finish helping me, she sent the salesperson to tell me again that they don't know the number. I told him to Google it and he just looked at me and walked away! What kind of pathetic service is that? Just walking away from a paying customer and ignoring them? If that what Vodacom is now about? Terrible! My goodness I was truly disgusted with the level of service I had received. If this is the kind of service Vodacom is now giving their customers, I definitely have to move to another Network. You cannot have people like this representing a company, it gives such a pathetic impression of the Vodacom Brand. They have such *********** people working for them, that don't care whether or not they make a sale. I always tell people to use Vodacom and the service is excellent and that it's the best Network but now I can't do that, especially after experiencing this. Word of mouth is very powerful. These salespeople were so unbothered and not willing to help and do their job. It's pathetic on the Vodacom brand.
I purchased the Eskort Cheese Russians about a month ago from Checkers Hyper - Newcaste, and 3 weeks ago I had a problem with the product - there was a black looking substance inside, which looked very disgusting and because of that reason the entire meal had to be thrown away because no one would have an appetite to eat after seeing that. I had called their toll free number and spoke to a Thembi, she gave us her email address to send pictures of the product and said she will get back to us and that she will send us an e-wallet voucher, but those are only paid out on Wednesdays. Ever since i contacted her, she did not bother to provide feedback until we again contacted her. Only then did she send us the feedback on the product, and to this day going for the fourth week, i still haven't received the e-wallet, several Wednesdays have passed and nothing has been done! This service is extremely pathetic and unethical. Thembi was very unbothered by the entire situation. I have been a loyal customer and to experience this kind of service is beyond disappointing.
My Vodacom Contract was suspending yesterday I was told to make payment in order for them to reactivate my account, so I did just that! I made an EFT payment at 14:00, I even sent a payment notification to the email address provided to me and was told by the lady who helped me from customer care to wait between 2 - 5 hours for reactivation. 2 hours passed, 5 hours passed and still nothing! No reactivation or anything! I then called customer care again to find out what is going on, only to be on hold waiting for the next available consultant for 15 minutes, I called again and was put on hold, I called about 6 times last night and was always put on hold! How is Vodacom's customer care service a 24hour thing if no one answers the calls? What do you do in case of an emergency? Nothing because it seems like no one works at Vodacom's customer care! Or they just don't want to do their job!! It is utterly ridiculous! To be waiting this long just to be reactivated! Vodacom has really incompetent people working if they can't do something as simple as take a damn call! I wake up this morning thinking maybe my network is back but it isn't! I called Vodacom customer care again twice and still I'm being put on hold waiting for the next available consultant for over 20 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service! Vodacom is pathetic! I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years and this is the kind of service I receive? It is truly pathetic and unacceptable! I would recommend not using Vodacom!
My mum had went to Dis-Chem twice at Newcastle Corner to purchase 2 packs of 3 Airmune. But, as usual they didn't have stock, we were told to come back when stock comes in but instead of wasting our time and petrol we called the shop to find out if they received stock then an employee by the name of Debris or something like that he said his name was, took down our details and entered it into their system and said we will be contacted when stock comes in and our order will be kept aside! We waited for a week and still nothing came through. So we decided to go back to the shop to find out what's going on, we went to the shelf and there was nothing there, again! Then another employee by the name of Shantel assisted us, she looked for the products because we said to her it was kept aside! I waited about 35-40 minutes in the shop, the product could not be found! We were then told my details is on the system, as soon as their stock comes in they will deliver it to my house free of charge! Another week has gone by and I still haven't received anything!
