I placed an order the 12th of September 2022. I then followed up to make sure everything was in order on their side. No reply. Later the day i asked to confirm again if they received payment and if everything is fine their side. No reply. The next day i followed up again. No reply. Today i want to follow up again, as they have not sent any communication, no ETA, no feedback, no tracking number, no customer support from their side. But i think they took my money and are now ghosting me. I work with Sales people daily, and the customer support we give compared to this company, is 1000000 times better. If they took my money and don't send me the products i will need to take this further. But it's impossible to say what is going on with this company. A company that gives constant feedback and makes a customer feel that they are in good hands, and can rest assured that the money they spent was not for nothing, is a company id rather support. But so far the experience here has left me feeling that i will no support them again. If a company looks after you, you look after the company.
