I placed an order the 12th of September 2022. I then followed up to make sure everything was in order on their side. No reply. Later the day i asked to confirm again if they received payment and if everything is fine their side. No reply. The next day i followed up again. No reply. Today i want to follow up again, as they have not sent any communication, no ETA, no feedback, no tracking number, no customer support from their side. But i think they took my money and are now ghosting me. I work with Sales people daily, and the customer support we give compared to this company, is 1000000 times better. If they took my money and don't send me the products i will need to take this further. But it's impossible to say what is going on with this company. A company that gives constant feedback and makes a customer feel that they are in good hands, and can rest assured that the money they spent was not for nothing, is a company id rather support. But so far the experience here has left me feeling that i will no support them again. If a company looks after you, you look after the company.
I recently tried to become a member and register for this service. A similar service took me a few minutes to complete. I had no issues, and i have an excellent credit score. So i got a good amount i can spend as i can pay it back. I'm always on time paying back my debt as well. The problem came in when i followed the same steps but got no amount to downpay from Just Pay Now. I explained the situation and as they state, they will keep you updated and follow up regarding this. The response time was extremely slow. I have sent multiple follow up mails after sending them my payslip and ID as requested, and have had no feedback, no follow up and nothing has changed on my account. So I'm technically *****ed as I cant use the service, and they are blocking me to do so when I can use other services. In my job I would never treat a customer like this, as I work with customers on a daily basis.
I am very dissapointed in this company. I have phoned them a lot. And the phone rings and rings and rings. I have phoned 3 times in 3 days in a row. And waited 20 to 30 minutes each time. No answer. I could hear them picking up and then just placing me on hold again. Pathetic. I pay R140 a month for this **** service? Wake up Streamline. Start doing your jobs i pay you for every month. And stop being lazy. Jeez. Where is your pride? Are you professionals or do you joke around and waste your clients time?
Good Day Everyone. Just to say, this is not my first review of King Price. And it wont be my last. King Price has again come to the rescue with my Policy. Just when i though i would move, they assisted me and saved me a ton of money. I have to say thank you to Ryan van der Merwe who went beyond and above and assisted me today very friendly and helpful with a great attitude. Thank you Ryan van der Merwe for coming to my aid, and being such an awesome and friendly guy. You don't get service like this from the other companies out there. I have struggled for months to get companies to phone me back with basic services. I wish you guys could manage everything of mine with such a great and friendly persona.
I took out my Motorvaps service plan and extended service plan after my new cars service in April 2018. I was helped by a very friendly gentleman. It was abreeze to join them. Since then i have been paying every month. Without fail. It finally became time to do my 120 000km service. This includes the DSG oil and filters. I took my car in at 7am and left it in the hands of the workshop. This happened today. Wednesday. I mailed motorvaps on Monday with all my information. Giving them a heads up so it would go smooth. I also mailed the workshop the same day. So i went above and beyond. Come 1pm this afternoon the workshop let's me know the claim has not been authorized yet. I am shocked. Furious. I sent motorvaps email on email. And called them with no replies. I mailed services. I mailed customer care. I mailed their complaint department. Nothing. They didn't call me to follow up. They Did not keep me in the loop. They dis not authorise the service. They left me without a car. Without a curtosy vechile to get back home and to ger to work again. Motorvaps you are pathetic. I have been paying you since day one. I have followed up with you. Constantly given you feeback. I have been a paying and loyal customer. Honestly i expected better from you Motorvaps. And i was going to take out a mechanical brealdown woth you as well. And i even recommended people to your company! I want my car authorised tomorrow. Otherwise i am taking you to the Ombudsmen. I promise you.

I cannot recommend King Price enough.
I have been with King Price for around 3 years now. With no complaints and only excellent service. Their premiums which go down monthly are great. And their low monthly insurance premiums are impossible to beat. I found that out again when i traded in my car for a new car. I was assisted by Samantha Feiling and Jean-Pierre Weyers. They really came to my rescue and made the process effortless. The premium and excess i currently have is really low and stands out above all theor competitors. I compared it to easily 10 oher Insurance Companies. The only thing they could tell me was go with King Price. We cant beat them. Samantha adamantly followed up with me all the way and was constantly striving to do the utmost with my Insurance. Even helping me over the weekend when i collected my car. I would never recommend any other insurance company. So please consider King Price. And if you are going with King Price, think about asking for Samantha Feiling for excellent service. You wont regret it.
