If I could give a lower rating, I would have given a 0. This company is the biggest **** I have ever experienced in my life, and I am already over 65 years old. Me and my wife has booked a MSC cruise trip with Spain being our entry to Europe. Upon surfing the internet for a company that would be able to facilitate our Schengen application to Spain, we found the following website https//: apply.ivs.us. Initially the experience seemed fine, and we completed the detail on their web pages. Their website at various places indicated that the process would be seamless and speedy. When we got to the point of Checkout, we noticed that the fee is $319 per person, way more than what we saw on other sites. They also clearly indicated that if we cancel the process our money will be refunded. It was much higher that what the web is indicated what a Schengen Visa to Spain would cost, but because of the marketing garbage we believed the more expensive price will be giving us a fantastic and speedy service. They took our money within a minute. What a DISASTEROUS experience. We heard nothing from this organization for a week. I then requested feedback via their specific link. We only received a message indicating that an agent will contact us within 24 hours. Never happened. Two days later I investigated other options and found another organization to facilitate and found one. I then informed this GovAssist to cancel my application process and refund my money. Then I quickly received response that my process has already started. I did ask more than once that the process be cancelled and my money to be refunded. At a point I received response that my process is too far down the line and that my money cannot be refunded. As they indicate that they are in progress, I have not yet received a confirmation date for appointment, two weeks after I app****. Therefore, to all Schengen Visa applicants - AVOID THIS ****MING ORGANIZATION. Once your application is entered, you start communication either with a brainless *****, or a BOT.

Essentially a *****. They charge you $153.99 for a form you can get at the post office and imply you've paid a passport renewal fee when you have not. Make sure you go to the official U.S. Government site to renew your passport. DO NOT USE GOVASSIST.

GovAssist: It’s a third party, who acts as an intermediary to help you through the process; make sure to make as many questions as you can, but specially to read their policies and legal terms, before you pay. I needed to renew my passport, so I completed the online questionary and placed a $245.99 credit card payment; a few days later, I received an email letting me know that my “passport kit” was on the way; when it was delivered and opened, there were some instructions, the application with the picture, a prepaid envelope and a pen. The instructions requested me to sign the application, and send it by mail, with my old passport and a money order or check for $160. Basically, I paid them $245.99 to fill and print the application, print and attach the picture, a prepaid envelope and a pen; but not the passport book or the passport card. I was basically legally ****MED! They do not answer the phone (there’s an answer machine), when you receive the envelope, they stop answering the WhatsApp messages and the emails, the address on their website is ****, and the one as a remittance in the envelope is also ****. 😡

I worked as an independent contractor for GovAssist until my contract was terminated on October 22, 2024. Despite completing my work and adhering to the agreed-upon terms, my final payment for hours worked remains unpaid. GovAssist’s HR representative, Mr. Rodolfo Sanchez, has cited allegations that I requested payment from a client using a non-GovAssist email. However, I have repeatedly asked for evidence of this claim, along with a meeting to clarify the situation. Despite multiple follow-ups, Mr. Sanchez has failed to respond or provide the requested documentation, leaving the issue unresolved. I initially appreciated the opportunity to work with GovAssist, but this lack of accountability and transparency has been deeply disappointing. All I seek is closure—either payment for the work I completed or clear evidence of the alleged breach. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and urge GovAssist to address this issue promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to other contractors or employees.

Absolute **** Alert! I'm outraged after paying €522 for two applications for a visa, only to be told it was a 'service fee'. To add insult to injury, they did absolutely nothing. I had to prepare all the documents myself. I thought I was paying for a hassle-free visa process, but I still had to pay again at the embassy. Don't trust this service - they're ****mers and ****s. They should be shut down. Beware, and avoid falling victim to their deceit

Govassist IS A ****, they came across as the USA CONSULATE charged me THE BUDGET I HAD ASSIST FOR MY USA visa. I have been waiting since 27 August 2024 for my booking only to find out today that they are not the USA CONSULATE. And I need to due all the paperwork and book and pay the USA still for my visa and book my interview, but all they did was fill in SOME OF the application form! I had to book my appointment myself and pay separately for that. They did not submit any of the supporting documents I sent to them. Now I am stress as my budget for visa is gone.

Govassist charged me more than the cost of an actual Schengen visa, to process for me prior to the interview, but all they did was fill in the application form! I had to book my appointment myself and pay separately for that. They did not submit any of the supporting documents I sent to them. on the day of interview I had to arrange for all documents to be emailed to a local print company, drive and pay to have them printed. Then upgrade the appointment to premium, so that the visa office person could complete all the admin that Lucas Fernandes at Govassist did not do.
