Putrid customer service

Terrible service they are rude to customers been trying to get hold of them for the past week no answer requested several call backs no answer yet they can email me to tell me my premium will be increasing higher prices lower service disgusting,

Main switchboard just transfers you whilst still speaking without any warning to say they are moving the call, get transferred nobody answers the call.

If I could give 0 stars I would very disappointed and frustrated
