their refund policy is not made well known upon purchase you have to go look on their website and find it under about us instead of them sharing with you on the receipt. They charge you a delivery fee to return the item to you if you are not happy with the item. the shirts are made in Pakistan and their selling price is very high for the item. Quality wasn't as I expected as well. Not a very good experience. I was not happy with the item as the fit was not good, I requested if the manager could assist me even if they wish to exchange for a different item however their sales lady hasn't contacted me back so after support sales I have had a bad experience. They are not accommodating and I am stuck with a shirt I cant use. Advice would be to check the items you buy immediately and if you not happy do understand you have to incur cost to send the item back.

Ordered and paid for an order on 19/08/24, marked for collection. No reply to emails and the contact numbers listed on the website are out of commission. Is this a **** or just really poor service?

Scam returns policy
I purchased a Ferrari jacket for my son and after trying it, realized that it was a size too small. I tried returning to their Sandton store but was informed that I can only return it online. After collecting the jacket on Monday, I now get a call that the jacket has a stain on it and they will not accept the return. I explained that the only time my son used the jacket was when he tried it on for less than 2 minutes, therefore there is no ways that he could have getten a stain on it. This just sounds like a scam to ensure higher revenue by preventing customers from returning purchased goods back to the store. I am now going to be stuck with a R1 747. 50 jacket that my son cannot use due to this scam. Very, very disappointing.
