Dishonest no idea how to match requirement with car, terrible after sale service
Don’t go here. For years I brought cars from the same person who made it seems the food move to leave. Recently I brought another. Not only did they fail to provide good service during the sale, they failed to match my needs, failed to do an appropriate handover and provided rude and neglectful after sales service. And actually told me I am a sales person I don’t make cars I sell cars. When I pointed out given you knew this was for my elderly mother shouldn’t you have pointed out that the seat doesn’t move in height is that a problem. As an example amongst others. This appears to be an organisation that wants to sell cars at any cost. Forget about what real and authentic sales and matching client with requirements are all about. Best sales team Noah and the guys
By far the best dealership that I have worked with the staff are very friendly and helpful there is transparency and have good communication the car i bought from them is in such good condition, drives well and had a overall great experience thanks guys keep up the amazing work

By far the best dealership that I have worked with the staff are very friendly and helpful there is transparency and have good communication the car i bought from them is in such good condition, drives well and had a overall great experience thanks guys keep up the amazing work

If you're looking for a quality car, this is the place to go!
Noah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All I had to do was test drive the car and sign the deal. Noah did all the rest. From the paperwork to the licensing and testing of the vehicle, Noah handled it all. The whole process took 3 days and on the 4th day I picked up my car! The dealership offers quality cars only and the customer service is better than I could have asked for. Thank you, Noah and Grayston Motors!

If you're looking for a quality car, this is the place to go!
Noah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All I had to do was test drive the car and sign the deal. Noah did all the rest. Grayston Motors Sandton
I recently purchased a vehicle from Grayston motors in Sandton. I traveled all the way from Cape Town and I must say I've had the best purchasing experience ever! Grant and Noah treated me VERY well. Certain personal expenses were paid for that no other company would ever do, my vehicle was delivered in one piece via courier, my cars licensing was sorted out without me having to do anything! Grayston Motors excellent service
After a few months of searching online for a good trustworthy secondhand dealership which I feel I could trust and was very effective in their communication with me I came to Grayston Motors and was contacting back by Naoh Muparuri. Naoh answered my questions late at night and never stop comunicating. He was the only salesman in many I contacted who send me the car VIN nr without any questions, so that I could run a VIN check on the car. He even made all arrangements to pick me up with my new car when I travelled a long way to get to Gauteng. He even filled up the car with fuel for my 800km journey home. He even check on me to see that the journy and car went all well back home. This dealership is honest and have pride in their service. Well done Naoh.

Trade-in and Purchase

I bought a Audi 2009 Q5 from the dealership and from the start of the purchasing process had excellent service from both the salesman Noah and the f&i Deidre , they are very willing to go out of their way to assist with any request made , and the after service was incredible, with small issues that I had with the vehicle, and to add , the quality of all their vehicles is outstanding , I would definitely recommend and refer people to the dealership, thank you to all at Grayston motors for the fantastic service and my beautiful new vehicle
