By far the best dealership that I have worked with the staff are very friendly and helpful there is transparency and have good communication the car i bought from them is in such good condition, drives well and had a overall great experience thanks guys keep up the amazing work
Cartrack is the pits honestly I received a settlement amount to settle my car track account in December of which I gladly paid the amount in full but was still debited by cartrack in December and when I called all I was told is that they are escalating the matter of which no reply was received now in January cartrack tried to debit me again and when I called them again I was advised that the matter was never escalate and I have now been listed and the matter will be escalated again but I now have to pay for the listing to be removed that was 3 days ago and still no response or update on the matter I'm sure it also wasn't escalated
Telkom is the worst phone company ever because of the issue that has been happening for the past 9 hours. My business was negatively affect due to the fact that I bought data but till now have not received my 50gigs of data which resulted I'm my business standing still due to no data so I have suffered financial loss due to Telkom but like they say they don't care/there is nothing they can do and guess what no data received and yet I used my hard earned money for that
Today I went to vodacom in southgate at 11 and was assisted by a guy whom can not listen I asked for Esim not a sim swap,I Currently have no number my customers call me on that number which they can not reach me due to no service anymore on the phone,I told the guy that the number is in a phone that is broken and can not see anything,he then told me I must put the sim car in a phone in 3 hours I will get an sms , the guy just didnt listen,I went to mall of the south hoping they could fix my problem they wanted to do a sim swap which they requested documents which I don't have and was told the number will be activated in 4 hours they only then I will have to come again back for ESIM, I been using vodacom for more the 20 years and this is the worse day of my life and the worse experience I ever received, I work I do not Have the time to go a branch to sort this out I been driving up and down with my petrol to sort this out and it's been a hell of a day, this will be my last time I ever use vodacom and will not recommend anyone to this service provider, I want this sorted out and I will not be running around for a number which I Have had for years ,this number I Have on my CV as a contact and for my business as a barber , use are not just *********** but also making me loose money, I want this sorted out , Yasin thabethe is my name and my other number is 0663453422 I want this sorted out. I will not skip work to sort out this nonsense
I was black listed by cartrack and am advised that I now have to pay R1800 for them to remove the blacklisting of which I owed 4 months of premiums that was settle in full and they still blacklisted me I have never heard of such before don't ever take cartrack rather use a different service provider
Poor service and a pathetic way of conducting business my wifi has been off for 2 days now and no one seems to care or even try to be helpful all that I'm told is I need to wait I was advised that the turnaround is 5-24 hour to come back it has now been 2 day and it still off the turnaround time keeps being extended 5 hour I was promised that it will be working today and the day has now past nothing has happened I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone and my family as well as my inlaws will all be moving our contracts elsewhere and I will advise every other person to do the same as this **** has now affected our business but clearly Telkom doesn't care
I'm very irritated with Telkom I have a few contracts with them and was debited on the 01/02/2023 today I get a notification that I was debited again when I phone them they can't tell me what's going on and the agent says I need to wait for the Debits to credit in telkoms account first then I need to send proof of them taking my money before they can do anything else
I request for my policy to be canceled in April and sent them a email of which I haven't been debited until yesterday and called them this morning to advise that I canceled my policy so I want to know why I was debited and now I see I was debited again today like really I'm so freaken frustrated with oneplan is this what they do to customers
I have had endless problems with car track I took out a contract with them on the 02/11/21 of which a technician was supposed to come out and didn't when I called the next day I was told it was because I didn't approve the mandate of which I didn't receive to this day and when I called my bank they advised it was because cartrack never sent a mandate Eventually on the 09/11/21 after calling and complaining a appointment was set for the 10th to have a technician come out and at 8am on the 10th a technician was there did fitment and the afternoon I received a call from cartrack advising that the technician couldn't make it and needed to reschedule for the next day and on the call I asked the consultant how many technician are supposed to come out and she said 1 and then I asked ok but didn't a technician come out today she said no, the next day a different guy came out and also did the installation of which I told him that there was another technician that came out the day before after he left I call car track and advised that they sent out 2 technician to fit one vehicle they said no they sent 2 technician to fit 2 vehicles of which I explained to them that it's the same car it's 1 car not 2 and the said they would sort it out of which I was debited 2 amount on the 13th which is not my debit order date and is also not the price for the plan I chose I need this issue resolved
I have been getting emails and phone calls saying I owe them because I was admitted to a hospital in Mpumalanga really guys haven't even been in Mpumalanga but still the calls and emails continue I'm so sick and tired of this
