Worst courier company I have experienced internationally ever. No phone no to call they pitch up whenever with no notification, don’t follow rules, lie about whether they have arrived or not, attempt to charge you for second deliveries, must be an incentive they have to get more money and drivers are rue. After two weeks still can’t get a delivery sorted for substantial value of items. Chat is in Chinese no one to help. It’s a complete waste of time. Check with the co you buy from online if they use this courier co beware of doing business with the online company. It has taken 3 hours of my time so far with zero resolution.
Travel agent who has forgotten the reason why they exist. Booked a holiday to the Maldives and as last minute used an agent. I asked if the resort was safe travelling on my own and it took two days to get a descent answer and lots of questions. It was about the flights increasing I am told every day when they add an extra 2000 each day. I was so specific with my requirements. First they forgot to add baggage thank goodness I looked. Which I paid extra for once I had complained they apologised and agreed it was their mistake. I get to the airport and am told by the airline the travel agent should not have chosen this flight it’s the cheapest flight and don’t miss it or you will not be refunded. Despite having insurance! Which they also sold me. Then I get to the hotel and it’s overbooked. So I have to stay in another oom while I can’t unpack until they are ready to move me to a standard room not a beach bungalow. Which I must do. The booking is a superior room on beach on the website there is no superior room so have to assume it’s correct. I see it’s the cheapest room. The hotel is just simply irritated because the don’t know I paid 3000 pounds for this holiday. Clearly all profit for the booker and the client loses out. No Intervention by the agent.. it would have been easier for me to book direct and it seems a hell of a lot cheaper and I would have had what I wanted. Thompsons people book holiday for many reasons and for some it is a break for a significant reason you have forgotten customer service and have forgotten your role .the only reason you exist is to match the requirements of the customer with a destination and hotel. You don’t live up to the values on your website which are “ providing value beyond price through trusted partnerships, personalized and responsive service, and a deep understanding of travel and destinations.” You had no understanding of this destination or listened or match requirements. I am sitting in my room writing this in the intent I feel better putting my words in writing, given no one from Thompsons is coming back to me. Big fat zero don’t use them for any travel easier and cheaper to do it yourself
Don’t go here. For years I brought cars from the same person who made it seems the food move to leave. Recently I brought another. Not only did they fail to provide good service during the sale, they failed to match my needs, failed to do an appropriate handover and provided rude and neglectful after sales service. And actually told me I am a sales person I don’t make cars I sell cars. When I pointed out given you knew this was for my elderly mother shouldn’t you have pointed out that the seat doesn’t move in height is that a problem. As an example amongst others. Don’t trust this company. They are ****ming their clients. There is a reason they haven’t activated google reviews and they can’t be found as a registered company on hello Peter. They make out they are a sizeable company they are not. It’s a bunch of guys fronting the business. They came out to my pool charged me 14000 rand for a pool pump after the job And told me that this is a top quality pump and that’s why it’s so expensive and it will last for 10 years. They refused to give me the invoice of the pump and on looking it up it was cheaper than the pump that I had. They refuse to refund me the difference they broke the timer and now I have to pay on top for this. And now they are ignoring me. Don’t go here. It’s all a lie the fact they are not honouring the law of the credit act. They are not interested in. So they are bigger than the law of the land
Paid 50 % deposit insisting he needed to order materials, cancelled at last minute due to illness in family. Promised to return the next week no call. He SMS’d to ask for full payment due due to not being able to now get back from durban. I called him we organised at his requirement a few weeks later. He cancelled at last minute car broke down. Rebooked he arrived late each time. They spent a day putting in trunking which was clearly the first time they had put in trunking. Gaps all over incorrectly cut water flooding into trunking no ends. Apparently replaced Internet cable with cat 6 to find out that he didn’t replace the whole cable. He had to go out 3 times to buy trunking on the day which apparently he had purchased several weeks before. He agreed to refund me in the end at 8 pm they were nowhere near finished I gave him the option to fix or return a partial refund. He agreed to refund. Still waiting. And now he is not responding to calls or messages. He didn’t tell the truth about buying the stock and is completely unreliable and *************.
there is not a low enough rating. you are the inbetween people delivering on behalf of your customer to another customer. you might want to remind your staff of that. rude courier who calls twice sitting outside the gate, noone asked me for a code to get into the estate so effectively according to our cpm rules he shouldnt be here and nooone rung on the doorbell. i phoned after finishing a meeting to be told he was outside the gate and noone answered and he would deliver tomorrow, i ask for a time, cant give me a time, i ask him to sms as i will be in meetings and he doesnt want to do that either. i tell him i am in meeting and cant just come outside when he feels like, and he said i have a job, and intimated i am not the customer. I wont order from the client i am using again because they use you - and you are directly responsible for their lost business - work out what customer service means
I have spent a fortune here. Payment made upfront promises made delivered selectively. I was told that job was completed for 16 down lighters which was charged and I paid and then I had to get new electricians in due to issues as I couldn’t get hold of them only to find they failed to replace 30 percent of the transformers and took away the parts I paid for to be replaced! They owe me a refund and no one is contacting me they have become completely unavailable.
Happens all the time. Haven’t rented from box office in an age problems every time. This time I rent a movie and the system tells me to do it several times over and still no move I call. Can’t hear the person because her voice piece is so bad. Apparently can’t refund me because dstv are not box office! So I will be charged. Even though they couldn’t fix the tech error. When I pushed for a supervisor who is in a meeting and can’t talk to me. She will now approve with supervisor and call me back. Dstv you really don’t deserve to have customers. I am waiting for conformation that this is refunded. I have been a customer for 30 yrs on debit order. I will be canx my debit order if you can’t get this right
I have been a banking customer for 30 years. It has just taken 3 months to get a person added to my business profile. 3 months of fingers being pointed at eachother no one knowing how to do it! Something so simple. Managers shirking responsibility. Can’t change my business relationship banker have asked am ignored. Time to change banks
I have never had a service provider reduce me to tears. I received a marketing phone call a month ago to offer me an ungrade. Why or why did I agree. The moment I agreed I receive an email to tell me I need to log a call to activate and then when responding to the email o am now told to log a fault. I should have stopped and cancelled it at that moment. How is that possible. Since then the internet I had which was good has been obliterated to speeds of less than 10 on some days and 2 on others. I called, they log the call saying there is a problem on your line and additionally they forgot to put the package upgrade in on the system, then almost a week later another person calls and says there is no problem on the line and because she can’t test it as I am out of the house she insists on closing the call. I then phoned again to find that I am told there is definitely a problem on the line they will send someone. And they still have not rectified the package on the system. To receive another call from the same person who closed it before who wants to close it again the following morning. She begins by saying again there is no problem on the line. How is that possible having now run these tests the night before? She wants to do it all again. So I cancelled my plans the night before to prioritise telkom and find myself cancelling my attendance at a concert to deal with telkom again in the morning as a priority to do the same thing the following morning. She says I want to test the router. I give her ookla speed test results (app on my phone) she’s not interested. I eventually get to download the speed test she insists that gives the same result as ookla and now she is willing to accept a problem on the line. She changes from problem with my router to problem with line just with a speed test! I have to scream In the call because she can’t hear me. People on the line at telkom tell you to use ookla others insist to load another app even whilst the internet is impossible to even download causing more stress. they all give the same info anyway. I call and it feels like I am talking to a competent person to have hopes dashed on with the next step. It’s a constant roller coaster ride of emotion and shocking service. I run a business from home which I have been unable to do for one whole month and after one month this issue is not resolved. I am angry and no longer calm. It seems impossible. Wake up telkom you take away peoples livelihoods. I asked how I log this complaint and she puts the phone down. I lost my cool this morning that’s on me however telkom you stomp through peoples lives who rely on the internet to run their livelihood. Don’t accept upgrades they seem like they are helpful but the work that follows for you not telkom is not worth the stress and anxiety that it causes
