Selling damaged goods

If Groupon is run anything like the one in South Africa anywhere else in the world, it will never survive. I once purchased a cereal dispenser from Groupon. I kept it in its box until my house was ready for me to move in. I moved in in May 2017. It was very exciting to open all the boxes with the goods I had purchased. When I opened the cereal dispenser, one of the parts was missing and without this part I may as well throw the dispenser away. That is exactly the same as stealing. Groupon took my money and sold me something I may as well throw in the trash because I cannot use it. It's disgusting for a company which deals with people and clients actually couldn't care about their clients and only cares about making money. I would never recommend Groupon anywhere in the world. They are shocking to deal with.
