Special visitor in my food.

We have ordered food from here before and absolutely loved it, so when we wanted to go out of course we had no worries and included them in our night out as a family. Ordered a jalapeno & DBL cheese. Food came quickly, smelt amazing. As I finished eating my chips and took a big bite of my onion ring, what do I see? No idea, looked like some sort of bug, maybe a bee? Maybe a fly? But it was a deep friend bug. Partner informed them and told them we would be paying for their meals but will not be paying for mine. Manager offered to remake it but immediately told her no use, I would not eat here further after that experience. So we paid and left. Can 100% say I will not be stopping there again. Even had to tripple check my child's food to make sure there were no bugs there.

Manager was understanding though, we appreciate that.
