We have ordered food from here before and absolutely loved it, so when we wanted to go out of course we had no worries and included them in our night out as a family. Ordered a jalapeno & DBL cheese. Food came quickly, smelt amazing. As I finished eating my chips and took a big bite of my onion ring, what do I see? No idea, looked like some sort of bug, maybe a bee? Maybe a fly? But it was a deep friend bug. Partner informed them and told them we would be paying for their meals but will not be paying for mine. Manager offered to remake it but immediately told her no use, I would not eat here further after that experience. So we paid and left. Can 100% say I will not be stopping there again. Even had to tripple check my child's food to make sure there were no bugs there. Manager was understanding though, we appreciate that.
Been trying to get into contact for more than a month now, leaving multiple emails, phone calls and just get absolutely no response from you. It's an urgent matter but absolutely no care from this company.
If I could give you no stars, I would. Horrible service. Been trying to get into contact with someone for who knows how long. It usually ends one of two ways. 1 - no one can find our account and 2 - they don't call back and if they do; they put down in your ear once the call is answered. They add subscriptions to your account without your consent. Our bill is usually only R317 and all of a sudden it's jumped right over R1000 IN A SINGLE MONTH. Not recommended at all.
