Membership

I told the sales person that I want to sign up for a 3 month contract, pay for the 3 months cash as I was working on a project for that time in Randburg. I paid the cash and was aussred that no funds will be deducted from my bank accouint and they just need my bank details as part of the applicati9on and they can't process the application without it, not allowed. Now for the last 2 months they keep on deducting money from my bank account without authorization or approval. When contacting them they say I signed up for a month to month contract and have to pay and they will not refund any money,even after double deducting money from my account. I explicitely asked the sales consultant about the debits and the 3 months, they signed me up and I cancelled on the same day to be able to pay 3 months cash for the gym.

The company is a ripp off, stay away, the equipment is old in any case, not worth the frustration.
