Refusal of contract Cancellation

I have been asking you guys to cancel the contract from 2024 and all I get is emails telling me to reinstate it so that my debit can be written-off. I cannot visit a GYM company branch for cancellation as I am way to far from all branches. I have been sending multiple emails regarding this but no one seems to have an answer.

May someone please call me to help me cancel this contract or we can face court plus I have all the proof.
