I have been asking you guys to cancel the contract from 2024 and all I get is emails telling me to reinstate it so that my debit can be written-off. I cannot visit a GYM company branch for cancellation as I am way to far from all branches. I have been sending multiple emails regarding this but no one seems to have an answer. May someone please call me to help me cancel this contract or we can face court plus I have all the proof.
I have called in, in Feb trying to cancel my contract and I was advised that I need to let the Feb Debit order go through which I agreed to but in March you guys still debited me and in April. I called in but all I get is excuses so I reversed the debit orders knowing I will get your attention which I did. Instead of doing what I asked you guys to do you telling me I owe. How do I owe you when I asked for this to be cancelled in Feb already. I have an email from Mathapelo Lekoe regarding payment. I told her I will writing a review and unfortunately her name will be on my review. I have asked her to assist and I have not heard anything from her since. Please cancel that contract now.
Hi I submitted my documents on the 18/09/2024 and I keep on calling to follow up with my claim but all I get is that it is still processing. I was advised that it would take 6 weeks max but it is now 2 months and I have been very patient but you are pushing it. I am not one to use such platforms but if this will give me answers so be be it.
I have Unauthorized debit orders on my account, i have went to the branch for a reversal and the branch consultant advised me to speak to the company that debited my account, I called the call centre and as soon as i asked to speak to a manager this lady who said she was Pearm or Perri Hung up after giving me petty excuses. I just want to reverse this debit order please I cannot afford to lose so much money where as i trusted the bank with my money and now they tell me to go to the service provider, ButI mean how if its a Unauthorized debit the service was poor and pethetic. This morning i called the call center and explained that i would like to cancel the insurance policy because they are debiting the wrong account which was closed about 3 months go now my bank calls me and advises that i am in arrears of R2 149,91- in my bank account that i now need to pay. i ask them to cancel the insurance and they advise that they need to speak to my brother as the policy holder. i put him on the phone and now they want proof and we should explain why we want to cancel. 1st its none of your business 2ndly its because of service like this that i would like to cancel. i have worked for insurance companies and we do not treat clients like this. if only i had the consultants names i would put them on here just to shame they kind of service, i have sent the proof and guess what this Company just debited. you service is pathetic and you should hire people that really need jobs.
