Defect products sold

<p>Yesterday I went to Queen Nandi drive Engen garage in Durban around 13:00pm as We knew that practicular garage had a Haagen Dazs fridge , We purchase two of the stick ice creams when we got to the car we immediately opened the ice cream.  The ice cream had changed white  colour, lost its shape and the was no stick! We immediately took the ice cream back to cashier , we was advised there fridges was not working properly and to try another ice cream , we made 4 attempts including cup ice cream was badly damaged , it looked as if it was defrosted and re -frozen again. How is Haagen Dazs allowing there products to be sold so poorly. I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed as we went out of route just for that practicular brand of ice cream.</p>
