Horrific delivery service!!!

Every month I have to email them to find out where my Garden and Home magazine is. When I first subscribed it was a monthly magazine, before I received my first issue was notified it would be only one issue covering 2 months. But still 12 full issues (2years worth) September/October 2025 issue I am STILL waiting for, it's 2 Oct now, they not sure when their distribution centre will be doing it ...that's not good enough, the reason I subscribed is that I would get the issue delivered before it goes on sale as used to be the case many years back when I first subscribed.

Please WHEN CAN I expect my September issue.
