Questionable values, offered service and training standards to employees.
I paid up my Nedbank load through a settlement offer, offered by Cathrine Anagnostou katriena@hsr.co.za. She confirmed that I will get the paid-up letter in 7 days to come. When I call, I assume they already know it is me she is either busy, cannot take the call and she does not have any decency to reply to my emails and advise with the feedback. She has been ignoring my calls and no replies on email. I am starting to wonder if the settlement was real because this debt still appears on the Nedbank account and I settle the debt because I was shortlisted by a new employer and needed to make arrangements with Nedbank and luckily, I got a 50% discount settlement.

Bad company experience
This year on June I paid off my nedbank loan through the attorneys and all communication was on email and calls and I never got settlement letter to confirm the amount I will. Be paying so I was communicating with Katherine Anagnostou. I only paid the amount we agreed on and now when I call nedbank they're telling about me owing 3k but the amount of 13k they got,i sent her email being frustrated and she was calm to tell me I will get my paid up letter by end of week on the 20th October and still I haven't got my letter and now I'm surprised when I see reviews under this company when people are still waiting for their settlement letters since 2021 so why does nedbank partner with **** companies.

Very bad service & charging stories all the time
This is the worst company to deal with. I had an account which was handed over to them with a settlement offer. They contacted me & I negotiated a settlement offer. They couldn't agree on the spot so they said they will get back to me which took them a very long while. Finally I got an SMS with a revised settlement offer. When they contacted me again I asked for banking details to make the transfer which they provided but the lady on the phone was reluctant to give me as she wanted me to rather do a monthly arrangement which I can't since I'm not permanently employed. Now seeing that I have the banking details & ready to pay, she calls me again to say the settlement amount is too low & it can't be so. She can't allow me to settle, I would rather make a monthly arrangement & even threatens me with escalating the call to her manager. I told her what she is saying is nonsense as I have prove in my phone of the several settlement offer which is valid until the end of the month.
