Do NOT bring your family here! This was a terrifying experience. We spent R500 expecting a fun day but faced many issues: rides were closed despite assurances, and the wave pool wasn’t open until 13:00. The worst part was being falsely accused and threatened by a school principal who yelled, “I WILL HAVE YOUR FACE REARRANGED,” while calling us ******. We had to be escorted out for our safety. Daphne from HR management was biased and unprofessional. When I contacted Daphne (HR/Legal), she insulted me calling me "TRASH" and hung up. Avoid this place at all costs. Choose Wild Waters Boksburg or Sun City instead.
