Disappointing Experience - won't return!

My family and I had high hopes for our December holiday visit to Sun City, A stop at Hard Rock Cafe within the Casino at Sun City was a must for me after previously enjoying their Florida branch. Unfortunately, this branch fell far short of our expectations. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like there was no manager on duty. From our order to the wait for our food, everything went wrong, and we had to endure lengthy delays, especially with our small children. Regrettably, we won't be returning to this branch.
