Customer Centricity at Haval Glen Service Centre
The service was awesome! I took in my car for a service yesterday. I was really met at my point of need. Eugene was great! The staff are very polite. A very well done team. As a pensioner I value your commitment to customer happiness as Eugene put "If you are happy, then Iam happy ".

Customer Centricity at Haval Glen Service Centre

Great Customer Service
I have a H6 Haval, 2021 model, I don't want it anymore because of its excessive fuel consumption, however I would like to applaud Jordeen form Haval The Glen Service center for her great customer care every time I take my car for service, which i recently did on Wednesday the 23rd of January 2025. Due to her excellent peoples skills and attention to detail I am still keeping the car although I am not happy with its fuel consumption.

Great Customer Service
I have a H6 Haval, 2021 model, I don't want it anymore because of its excessive fuel consumption, however I would like to applaud Jordeen form Haval The Glen Service center for her great customer care every time I take my car for service, which i recently did on Wednesday the 23rd of January 2025. Due to her excellent peoples skills and attention to detail I am still keeping the car although I am not happy with its fuel consumption.

I took my Haval to Haval the Glen and I was assisted by Robin she is so bubbly friendly and has good customer service and I think she is an asset to the company Words can't explain how happy I am for being served by her Big up to her

Sharks!!!!!
Disgusting service. They could not even answer what the towing capacity of their vehicles are, after two days. Do not trust the value they give you for your car, they came in R35k less than three other dealerships on my car. Spoken to in the most condescending tone by one of the managers, clearly he was doing me a massive favor by selling me a car. Do not waste your time going there, they will rip you off and treat you like garbage.
