I am very disappointed to say the least with service I received from Clicks Pharmacy in Southdale shopping centre, I went to get reimbursed for the soft drinks that I bought last week, they were on the 3 for 2 special which is still on, I realised that nothing was subtracted when I was checking my receipt over the weekend and this morning I got a chance to go there. The manager, Ntokozo simple told me that "ke jewe" meaning I've lost out, no people's skills whatsoever and definitely no managerial skills, It was appalling to say the list. I am really disappointed at Clicks Southdale even the staff Members that were around they were shocked at the response.
I had a flat battery this morning, I logged into Miway app, Delron Ryce called me back in minutes and assumed me that help is on the way. He phoned even after to find out if I'm okay. Tebogo Brian assisted me, the whole service was great. Thank you so much to the two gentlemen that assisted me.
I have a H6 Haval, 2021 model, I don't want it anymore because of its excessive fuel consumption, however I would like to applaud Jordeen form Haval The Glen Service center for her great customer care every time I take my car for service, which i recently did on Wednesday the 23rd of January 2025. Due to her excellent peoples skills and attention to detail I am still keeping the car although I am not happy with its fuel consumption.
I went to Curro Parkdene (Boksburg) a month ago, because I had not made an appointment I was given an email address and phone number to make an appointment and I was not allowed, was turned back by security. I have been phoning that number (same number as the one on their website) and the reception is always busy and sending emails and no one ever answers. It's really a disappointing lack of service.
I have been waiting for my settle letter for some time now. I was promised this letter about three months ago when I settled my account. When I phone or email I am told they are still requesting. When I email lately I don't even get an answer back. I am really disappointed at the disregard I am receiving for my case.
