Havana Grill Sun Coast worst restaurant

I am putting this complaint out there to warn future customers out there of the worst experience at this restaurant at the Sun Coast complex. Walked in for dinner on the 9th of July 2023. Waiter seated us and brought the menu. Told us of the items we should order and we took his advice. Starter ordered came in 15 minutes which was good. Main meal ordered took just about 40 minutes which was unacceptable. Then the excuses came in which didn't make sense. Then the bill was brought and at no time where we informed by this useless waiter that a 10% service fee was already added and I put in another tip as well out of good will. I sent an email and what's up message to this restaurant and although I could see on the what's app message it was read I still got no reply or curtesy call for an explanation. Now we both saw and made sense why this restaurant was empty and from the time we came in to the time we left there was just 4 people in the place from that visit. NB. You can ripp me off only once.
