Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report Mr Tashriq Ahmed, who failed to provide immigration services to my cousin. My cousin was arrested in Cape Town refugee home affairs when he went to apply for asylum. Someone advised us that Mr Tashriq, being an advocate, would be able to assist us with the matter. We contacted Mr Tashriq, and he showed his interest in helping us and assured us that he would deal with the case and get my cousin sorted out from court. However, on the day of the court appearance, he failed to show up to defend his client and claimed that he was in Johannesburg. He had charged an upfront fee of R17000, which I have proof of payment for. As a result, I phoned him and asked for my money back because my cousin received an order from the court to be deported since Mr Tashriq never attended and defended the matter. Mr Tashriq then started swearing at me and threatening me, stating that I am a foreign national and that the law will stand up with him. He has reportedly cheated many Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Egyptian, and poor African nationals who are trying to live an honest life in South Africa. I am requesting that the Hawks takes serious action against Mr Tashriq Ahmed so that we can save innocent people from falling into his trap. Regards, Asif

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report Mr Tashriq Ahmed, who failed to provide immigration services to my cousin. SAP Midrand Branch is full of bad police officers. I believe they need to change everybody in that station. The police officer by the name of Brighton, is very abusive towards the woman. I'm sure he beat his wife at home. They need to stop this policeman; it's all over Midrand doing wrong duties in the name of SAP. He gets away with everything he does because he probably bribes everyone at the station. I can't explain what he did to my wife and me, but I know God will fight for us, and someday, he will be in trouble, and he will never come out of it. I believe this note gets to the head office of the police centre. I don't know his Badge number, but his name is Brighton. He called himself DEVIL. Five police officers in a truck are the wrong duties. They harass you and beat you up. My surprise is that he does not only do this to foreigners but always to South African citizens. He got a lawyer he used after sending the victim to court the next day. He only wants his lawyer to bail you out of court. And they will take thousands of rands from the victim. Please, Hawks department, look into this guy's issue. These are the terrible police we are talking about. I know God will finish him for me.

On 27 July 2023, I was the victim of an Internet ****. I have lost a vast amount of money after being convinced to be trained in forex "Trading." The particular Website looked extremely professional and the ****mers I dealt with were also very professional. I deposited the money into their bank account for the "promised training and they (*****mers) do the forex trading on my behalf. However, the next day when I visited the specific site I discovered with shock that the ****mer had closed everything and removed everything from the internet. I used the website URL which was deleted and no longer exists, the email addresses were also false and non-existent as well as all telephone numbers. I realized that I was ****med and lost all my money. I reported a ******** case, at my local police station for "Cyber Crime *****. It however appears that the Uniform Members at the local police Station were not aware of the existence of "Cyber Crime *****" and which Branch of the SAPS is supposed to investigate such cases. A ******** case was opened and is presently under investigation by the local Police. However, since I reported the case on 2023/09/13 the specific investigating officer was in any way or means in contact with me. { I established via the Internet that such cases should be investigated by a specialised unit of the SAPS; The Hawks."In South Africa, the South African Police Service (SAPS) is responsible for investigating cyber crimes and has a dedicated unit known as the South African Police Service Computer Crime Unit (SAPS CCU). The SAPS CCU works closely with other law enforcement agencies and private sector partners to investigate and prosecute cyber ******** cases}. I sent my sworn statement to the Hawks via email on 2023/09/13 and requested them to please investigate my complaint. On 2023/09/18 I sent another email to the relevant section and requested whether they were still going to investigate my complaint. I had absolutely no contact, correspondence, email or a single phone call from any employee from the Hawks. This is extremely unprofessional that the 'The Hawks" has made no contact with me in any way regarding the case. From a so-called "Specialised Unit" this type of conduct is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. As a complainant, one would expect at least some type of communication from the "The Hawks" regarding the case i.g.an an email. telephone call etc. Total silence and absolute ignorance are a sign of extremely poor unprofessionalism and extreme lack of work ethic If one as a member of the public and a complainant in a ******** case received from a so-called 'specialized unit such poor treatment then it is clear why sometimes some of the public has absolutely no respect for the SAPS.

I was going to exchange a lock. So I went to Observatory (in Cape Town), Lower Main Road, and asked (I guess) one of the owners if they have such a lock. After questioning a few facts he asked if I am happy with new keys for it. Searching for about 5 minutes he started to open the lock, investigating what's wrong. He managed to repair the locks, oiled it, put the pieces together and sold me 2 keys. Seriously, this service was amazing. It is not the first time that I go in and the guys behind the counter are friendly and very helpful.

Just to add on this statement; "Titus Mawasha, whose father gave R880 000 to Ramathibela, took his frustrations of not getting his late father’s returns from Clivera to hellopeter.com. Mawasha said Ramathibela had personal relations with his father, but failed to return his investments upon his death." He also took R300 000 from my step mother and he has not paid back that money. So initially R ********** from my family.
