What a terrible mistake. I think vodacom should remove their fiber around Mayberry Park Alberton, they can't just be the only ones running the line here. I have had 2 weeks without internet and vodacom is doing is promising nothing but lies. Logged a call and did so many follow ups and all I get is the same story. Ref: SR230227-853740
Hi, I purchased 2 colognes and one perfume at Online Edgars. I must say I am very disappointed with the products. I tested Dolce & Gabbana The One Parfum and it lasted me 15 minutes after use. I returned the products at Edgars Alberton City for a refund (please note not Edgars Alberton sold me the products) I went to Alberton, and we tested with a "tester" D&G and the staff were also shocked of the results that the D&G I bought online and the tester they had was a complete scent difference. I would like Edgars Online to refund me for the 3 products I bought with them. I will never buy things via Edgars Online. I am literally on the 3rd week without internet due to Vodacom and Mweb not attending my query. I was promised a technician will be here at 8oclock in the morning or 14:00 today and still no one has came through. May I please ask Mweb and Vodacom to come and take their devices of my property immediately. 3 weeks without internet and I am busy purchasing data each day so to do my work from home. This is nonsense, my fiber internet has been down since 14:00.I called MWeb tech supp and they said there is an outage. For crying out loud sake. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible I have lost my deadlines with important clients this unacceptable coming from services we pay monthly without issues.
I made an order since Friday for Monday delivery and I did not get any order number no communication after I have sent several emails include proof of my payment. I last spoke to Sinovuyo who has advised that there was a glitch on their system and he has escalated my query. Now today 12th January all is silent from Netflorist. To whoever owns Netflorist please take responsibility on coming back to me as this is a very poor service for an online order. Either you return my funds and I will gladly go to another florist to buy.
