I placed an order on 27 March and eventually received the incomplete order on 2 April (very slow in my opinion but I was willing to let that go had I received the entire order).
No mention that an item would be missing and so far no communication about when (or even if) I will receive the outstanding packet of mixed nuts - I am sure Easter will be used as an excuse, however all stores were at least open on Saturday and I am sure my complaint was read and ignored.
I am really disappointed because the prices are competitive, but their service is not good. At all!
Makes me sad when service is such a disgrace and clients are left feeling ******.
