I placed an order on 27 March and eventually received the incomplete order on 2 April (very slow in my opinion but I was willing to let that go had I received the entire order). No mention that an item would be missing and so far no communication about when (or even if) I will receive the outstanding packet of mixed nuts - I am sure Easter will be used as an excuse, however all stores were at least open on Saturday and I am sure my complaint was read and ignored. I am really disappointed because the prices are competitive, but their service is not good. At all! Makes me sad when service is such a disgrace and clients are left feeling ******.
My credit card was due on 26/09. I paid R10 000 on 25/09. I have paid my credit card on time for centuries. On 26/09 there is a debit order on my account of R162. This is unacceptable. I feel violated. Kindly reverse this transaction IMMEDIATELY! How can you treat your clients this way?
I was sent a birthday voucher for June on the 1st of July. I tried to use it the next day and it didn't work. I contacted Builders for assistance and was told by Builders to prove that I only received the voucher in July - because obviously I'm lying. I will never be shopping at Builders again.
<p>I ordered online and choose to collect from the Northgate store. I received notification that the parcel was shipped on 28 April. By 6 May I was bored with waiting and went to Northgate to investigate. The teller and manager could not have been less interested, both said they were unable to assist and refused to look in the collections cupboard. The cupboard is directly behind them! They could not have cared less. Why do they not contact the call centre on the client’s behalf? Clearly assisting the public is not part of their job. I then spent 15 minutes on my cell phone to the call centre and was told my parcel was shipped and they knew nothing else. By now I had lost all patience and requested a refund. Half an hour later the call centre phoned back and said my parcel was at the Northgate store and had been for ages and why did I not ask them to check the cupboard? I then had a complete ‘meltdown’ and said please just refund me. Since then the parcel has been marked as collected - by whom?? I can only imagine Casper the ghost collected it? I have sent dozens of emails requesting my refund be processed and have not received a single reply. I am seriously considering opening a case at the police station as this is theft in my opinion. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.</p>
