BAD CUSOMER SERVICE
I bought a product from Dischem which is supp**** to them by Nutriseed. I followed the instructions but the end product was to terrible to consume. I want to make my own Milk Kefir. On Friday 03/10/2025 I call the company and my contact details were taken, By Monday I sent an email. Tuesday morning I received a mail saying someone will call. Obviously nothing has happened. This is an expensive product and using the milk to make the kefir is also too expensive to waste. As a pensioner I count my pennies very carefully. And then to be brushed off like this is not acceptable.

Poor products and poor service
I ordered Willow Wellness - Dandelion Root (Tincture) 100ml, I received the capsules. When I inquired, they said they would send me the correct ones. I have not heard from them again. The cayenne pepper I ordered looks like cinnamon and the taste is very bland. I will definitely not order from there again.

Terrible customer service
As a first time customer, shocked how bad the customer service is and long the delivery times. Was told “try contacting the delivery company yourself” when I kindly requested a delivery ETA more than a week after placing and paying for an order. Will return to review on the products once I have actually managed to receive the products but will most certainly NOT support this business in the future. What amateurs!

Terrible customer service
As a first time customer, shocked how bad the customer service is and long the delivery times. Was told “try contacting the delivery company yourself” when I kindly requested a delivery ETA more than a week after placing and paying for an order. Will return to review on the products once I have actually managed to receive the products but will most certainly NOT support this business in the future. What amateurs!

Bad customer service
I'm giving this business a generous three stars because, hey, they're cheaper than therapy. But let me tell you, their customer service is like a magician's disappearing act - here one minute, gone the next! So, picture this: I'm expecting a delicious delivery of quinoa, right? But what do I get instead? Three hefty bags of xylitol! Suddenly, my kitchen's set for a sugar binge, not a health kick. I try to sort it out, point out their own return policy like a detective with a magnifying glass, but nope, they're playing hard to swap. Fine, I think, let's chalk that one up to my own scatterbrained shopping skills. But the saga doesn't end there, folks. Oh no, it gets sandier than a beach in a blender. My quinoa? Loaded with more grit than a 90s action hero's one-liner. I mean, who ordered the sandy surprise with their grain bowl? Not me, that's for sure! I complain, I beg, I even consider hiring a sandcastle builder to help sift through it all, but all I get is a "we'll check it out" and then radio silence. Sure, their prices are wallet-friendly, and most of their grub is top-notch, but when you need help, you're better off trying to teach a cat to tap dance.

Definitely coming back!
WOW! I was highly impressed by the staff. There is a clean and calm inviting atmosphere- you almost forget you're in Johannesburg. I never knew healthy food could taste so good. Delectable coffee and mouth-watering sourdough sandwiches.

Staff abuse!!!!
In early December, I popped into the health food emporium for a quick coffee and I had the misfortune of witnessing staff members being highly disrespected by management in front of customers. Shame on you!

If you're a health buff--you'll love this place!!!
What a fantastic array of health food products to choose from--as well as honey on tap--either bring your own bottle or purchase one there. Everything is organic and reasonably priced. They have a health snack bar there too...definitely a wonderful experience not to be missed.
