I bought a product from Dischem which is supp**** to them by Nutriseed. I followed the instructions but the end product was to terrible to consume. I want to make my own Milk Kefir. On Friday 03/10/2025 I call the company and my contact details were taken, By Monday I sent an email. Tuesday morning I received a mail saying someone will call. Obviously nothing has happened. This is an expensive product and using the milk to make the kefir is also too expensive to waste. As a pensioner I count my pennies very carefully. And then to be brushed off like this is not acceptable.
The Sasol Voortrekker Road Krugersdorp is on my road trip to work and home. I would stop for fuel and I would visit the deli for my hot chocolate and ****in. I want to compliment the staff - from management to the car wash guys - for their friendliness and absolute wonderful service. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcome when stopping there.
Tracy was very very sympathetic to my problem and helped me.
I never give a 5star rating because there is always something that can be changed for the better. I can only commend Nick for the professional manner he dealt with the assessment and payment of my vehicle. Great assest for the company
Trying to get a big company such as Vodacom to ever admit that they might have made a mistake is almost impossible. I say almost as I want to believe there are still one or two good people working there. On 11/04/2023 I wrote on this platform explaining my complaint. I had one generic email from the Co and one brief phone call from an agent on 12/04/2023. And that is it. Because of my financial situation I had to cancel my Vodacom wifi. I can't afford not to have a phone. It is my communication with my family and friends. My bank, my emails and ordering my groceries. I cant threaten a company like vodacom that I won't pay my monthly fee because my phone is my lifeline. And Vodacom knows this. That is why they do not care for one more unsatisfied customer. Because I have to pay with a debit order - they get their money. So what if I have to suffer financially.
****S AND *****S. On 30 March I called to complain about the account I received from Vodacom. In February 2023 I was called to offer me a cheaper option on my current contract. I explained to the call centre operator that I in no way can I afford increase payment on my contract. Long story short - I was **** to and this morning I received another statement which is even MORE than last month's. I have been with Vodacom since the beginning of cell phones.
It has now been a month since I have been notified that my card will be delivered. I have spent 4 days waiting at home to have my card delivered. I have instructed both the insurance co and the courier to not hoot at the gate but to call me on my phone when they get to my house. Last week I gave Oneplan one more opportunity until 12 today. Well that has come and gone. I called Oneplan @ 11 and I was asked to wait by the consultant, She will "run" to the card division and find out what is happening. She must still be running as I have not heard from her. If this is the manner as how they deal with a Oneplan Family member - how they advertise themselves - I am very scared on how they will deal with my future interactions with them.
On 13/07 I went to the Little Falls branch to buy roof paint from them, and because it is to much for me to load in my car I ask for delivery. First I get send from pillar to post before someone can assist me. Great friendly lady eventually does. I place my order and on getting the order I note that the price on the paint is more than advertised. I query this and then they tell me it is for loyalty card members only. So I sign on as a member and get the discount. Great. Today 16/07 I call to find out when I will receive my delivery only to be told that I still owe them money. AND NO ONE CALLS ME TO TELL ME THIS. That being the discount I received on my loyalty purchase. How is it possible that a big company as Leroy Merlin's systems do not "talk" to each other. Now I have to get the company who was going to start on Monday to do my roof to delay the work.
Our company ordered flowers for a colleague whose wife passed away. But the arrangement we received was very very disappointing. To such an extend I did not want to take it to the family. After reporting this to the online florist, I was notified that the florist will be bring more flowers to make up for the poor arrangement we received. Needless to say this never happened. Although Flora Niche do not have much control of what is delivered, make sure they use a reputable florist to make up the arrangement.
This is for the M&B in the Key West Centre. I have been to several M&B during December 2021 but the best is still Key West in Krugersdorp. The portions are bigger, the staff are friendly and courteous. Thank goodness I stay close and would not need to travel far to visit them again and again.
