Healthy Hounds is a ****
This is a **** preying on your distress of losing a pet. The dogs seem to see where your pet was recently but they call off the search when they are tired. The dogs did not find my pet even though they passed close to where my peer was later found dead (in a totally different area to where my pet supposedly was). They insist on using their own posters but use only paper and poor quality tape so they fall down or are destroyed by the rain. They tell you endless details about their successes and personal life but don’t explain what they think they have found. they will only come out once you have paid but don’t communicate with you after without repeat requests. They told me they would come back the next day ‘if they can get out of bed’. They didn’t come back. Dont fall for this ****.

Absolutely sensational service
Healthy Hound Missing Animal Search and Rescue is absolutely phenomenal, they helped in finding my dog and kept me informed with every step of the way, they went out of their way in helping me find my beloved pet and without them I probably wouldnt have found him. They are absolutely fantastic people and have fantastic k9 worthy dogs. They brought me peace of mind in this stressful time. They are without a doubt the best in the business and Animal loves. I'd really recommend them to everyone if they need help in searching for their pet.

Healthy Hound Search & Rescue - Professional & Compassionate
Diane, James and team were only professional from start to finish, looking for my cat that was attacked by a pitbull. They found her within minutes in the neighbour's property, unfortunately already deceased. Because of the circumstances, they even brought a companion dog along for comfort, in case of a sad ending. They were compassionate and also checked in the next day how I was doing. I am so grateful to them for giving me closure.

Healthy Hound Search & Rescue - Professional & Compassionate

Cat rescue review
I used this company to help me find a cat, I will not use them again. They threatened to sue me for giving feedback especially because we found the cat and they were very very far off. There lack of professionalism, lack of urgency, their dogs were amazing but didn’t give clear indication when scent was present which was hard for us to understand if we were actually following the tracks of the cat. The cat was found and stayed in the same place for 5 days. Which immediately indicated that their dogs were wrong.

I am incredibly grateful to Diane and James at Healthy Hound Missing Pet Search & Rescue for their exceptional service and dedication in helping us locate both of our wondering cats. We had just moved house, and kept them both inside for the recommended time frame, however, cats will be cats. James and Diane's efforts went above and beyond, and thanks to theirs and Axl's hard work, our beloved cats are safely back home. From the morning that I reached out, James kept me updated on his ETA. He came through late that evening, and his and Axl's tireless efforts were evident throughout the entire process. Beyond their professionalism, James showed genuine compassion and understanding during a very stressful time. He offered words of encouragement, and reassured us that they would do everything possible to bring our cats home. Their empathetic and supportive demeanour as well as helpful tips and advice made a world of difference. James and Axl exhibited impressive expertise in handling the situation. They used their knowledge and resources effectively, and employed various techniques to track down our missing pets. Their efficiency and resourcefulness played a crucial role in the successful outcome. Five hours after James and Axl left, we awoke to find our cat on our pillow. 45 minutes after James and Axl arrived to help us locate our second cat, she revealed herself and started rolling on the floor.
