I used this company to help me find a cat, I will not use them again. They threatened to sue me for giving feedback especially because we found the cat and they were very very far off. There lack of professionalism, lack of urgency, their dogs were amazing but didn’t give clear indication when scent was present which was hard for us to understand if we were actually following the tracks of the cat. The cat was found and stayed in the same place for 5 days. Which immediately indicated that their dogs were wrong.
If I could give you zero stars I would!!! They are pathetic the worst company to ever deal with right next door to Edgars!!!! These people have not stopped harassing me for money i do not owe them!!!! I have not used my regards account in over 7 years and now I owe them money??? After the fact they sent me a mail to say my account was closed and no further fees will be charged!!! I ak on my way to their offices!! They going to wish they didn’t meet me!!!!
End of October I didn’t have a job, I went into Fnb Bedfordview and asked if they can help down grade my credit and Cheque account, I need to save every cent I have, today is the 10th November, they tried to phone me once, I phone back and I never got assistance again. So because I’m not premier anymore, does that give u the right to treat your clients like this???
I have been trying to close my edgars account for 3 weeks!!! They will not close it and they continue to charge me fees!!!! I do not have a job and they are keeping my account open against my will!!!! I will report them to the Ombudsman!!!
I am on a premier package; I have been trying sending messages to the premier messsage Line for 4 days: I do not get a response; I don’t even get help, a online store scammed me and I am trying to get my money back. FNB has NOT been helpful, what’s the point of paying over 200 a month for a premier account and NOT be able to use the message function. It’s the WORST service I have experienced in awhile.
I ordered from this online store on the 14th September and they promise to send you a tracking number that never gets sent, they never reply to emails and when they do, THEY LIE. They are SCAMMERS!! Do NOT purchase from them. I she reported them to FNB and to the consumer rights complaints office, THIS Should be investigated!!! I will not stop!!!! Especially in a time like this!!! U steal people’s money??? I don’t think so!!!
