I recently visited Chamdor, Northriding, and I was impressed by the overall service and, in particular, the outstanding assistance provided by Tshepo. The experience was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to the combination of a well-curated selection and Tshepo’s remarkable customer care. Chamdor offers a fantastic range of fabrics, and the store itself is well-organised. The quality and variety of the fabrics available were impressive, and I found what I was looking for with ease.

I am incredibly grateful to Diane and James at Healthy Hound Missing Pet Search & Rescue for their exceptional service and dedication in helping us locate both of our wondering cats. We had just moved house, and kept them both inside for the recommended time frame, however, cats will be cats. James and Diane's efforts went above and beyond, and thanks to theirs and Axl's hard work, our beloved cats are safely back home. From the morning that I reached out, James kept me updated on his ETA. He came through late that evening, and his and Axl's tireless efforts were evident throughout the entire process. Beyond their professionalism, James showed genuine compassion and understanding during a very stressful time. He offered words of encouragement, and reassured us that they would do everything possible to bring our cats home. Their empathetic and supportive demeanour as well as helpful tips and advice made a world of difference. James and Axl exhibited impressive expertise in handling the situation. They used their knowledge and resources effectively, and employed various techniques to track down our missing pets. Their efficiency and resourcefulness played a crucial role in the successful outcome. Five hours after James and Axl left, we awoke to find our cat on our pillow. 45 minutes after James and Axl arrived to help us locate our second cat, she revealed herself and started rolling on the floor. Again for the second and third time I purchased "Double Your Data" on the MyVodacom app (1G X 2) on the 9th of May and then again on th 12th of May. Again I was not sent my extra gig of data BOTH TIMES. Unacceptable!!!! I am now owed 2gigs of data. You are stealing from your customers and you think we don't realize???
After making a complaint that my 'Double your Data' 2G X 2 extra 2G had not been activated after I had purchased it last Wednesday, I received an SMS this afternoon that it had been activated. And it has STILL NOT REFLECTED!!!! Sort things out with your technical team asap. Please do not tell me that my data has been activated when it has not. I have no spent nearly R200 in additional data when I should not have spent a cent had you done your jobs. How will I be compensated for these unnecessary data purchases? Really contemplating canceling my contract and moving to another network, Vodacom! Highly frustrated

I am extremely disappointed in a network which I have been part of for 17 years. On Wednesday, I selected and paid for 'Double Your Data' 2GB X 2. I am supposed to receive 4G in total and I have only received 2G. Now my data has run out and my query may take up to 5 days to be resolved. So now I am forced to buy more data because I cannot wait up to 5 days with no data!!!! Shocking service for what I pay every single month. For the past 17 years!!!
I am so disappointed in a company that I have been a valuable customer of for more than 15 years. I upgraded my contract to an iPhone 6 Smart S Top-Up package. I did not receive what was promised to me by call center technicians. I then decided for this reason to migrate to a Smart More Data 2GB package which promises "50 monthly minutes, 50 monthly SMSs and 2GB of data" at a cost of only R349/month. Last month and this month I have been charged a rand total of R759,31 and I have only ever received 2GB of data. Appalled by the service and empty promises of inefficient staff members.
