Very dangerous driving, no respect for other peoples life on the road!
Dangerours Driving!!!! This is now the second time these trucks almost got me into an accident. He was on his way to an accident on Taylor road coming from Johann road in Honeydew, He sped around the corner and lost control of his tow truck, going over both lanes at a dangerous speed as well. If I did not break I would've been in a worst accident than the one down the road! Mr Trucker rushing to a accident scene doesn't mean you get a free card to put other people's life in danger, you are not going to assist injured people anyway you are rushing to be first on scene to tow the car!!! The previous time a driver pushed me off the road (Hendrik Potgieter) to get past me, If I can move out of the way I will. You really are wreckless drivers!!!

Arrogant and conceited Behavior
My Brother( Lufuno Mkhumeleni) was involved in a terrible accident on Saturday 06.10.2018 driving a Nissan Almera in Randburg. First on the scene was Help 24 Ford Ranger (Tow Truck) who recommended to tow the car Out of confusion they convinced Lufuno to take the car and the insurance will pay, when the car was taken no terms and conditions where explained to him including ex amounts of money he will be liable for. On Monday he went to enquire of his car and they requested him to pay R9642.75. Now Lufuno Mkhumeleni is unemployed as he is using his car to make ends meet. He spoken to Lady at the receptionist and they offered a discount of R1142.75 coming to a total amount of R8500 outstanding. Lufuno called me as he didn’t have enough money, the following day we went and spoken to ROBBIE(Manager) Help 24 91 Banfield Rd, Industria North, Roodepoort 1709 – Who was extremely discourteous and Impertinent Manager who told us straight in the face that we trying to be clever why did my Brother bring someone. I said to him Sir this man you charging doesn’t have a pay slip as he doesn’t have enough money to pay. I enquired Why so much money as the distance from the Accident scene to Roodepoort was 19 KM’s why the excessive amount??? ROBBIE immediately told the receptionist to remove the discount as we are now liable for the full amount, and if we don’t have money we must rob a bank or steal a car – I was personally grieved to my soul to find such a heartless and insensitive individual who was not even sincere or even listening to what you’re saying. Dear South Africans Help 24 and its horrific and appalling service is misanthropic

Tow Truck Fraudulant Claim
On the 16th August i was involved in an accident inbRandburg. Within a a blink of an eye Help 24 car tow was at the accident scene. I dont even know who called them. The guy by the name Bronwyn made a call to PMD claiming he works with the insurance all to find that its all lies. He crook me to say Prime Meridian confirmed that he can tow my car as the car was not drivable. The car was towed to Roodepoort on Thursday. To my surprise i called my insurance PMD on friday the 17th to check if my claim was processed i was told no claim was processed and when i told them that Help 24 tow my car, PMD advise me that they crooks this is what they do and lie to clients to say they work hand in hand with PMD. The consultant from PMD assisted told me that Help 24 is not on their list that tow cars. The PMD consultant assisted me and told me that my car is at Roodeport this is what they do with clients. I called help 24 i was told i should pay R9,303.50. Towing R4 500, Admin R950, Recovery R1 500, storage R590, security R550. I was told if i dont pay it by the time i come collect my car it would be double. I spoke to a manager, cant remember his name white arrogant guy his name start with R, he told me i was not the first client to be crooked like that by Bronwyn. This has to stop, i want my money back. What you did is FRAUD

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
I was charged 15000 rand for the storage and towing of my vehicle. They informed me at the time of the accident that the vehicle would be towed to the discovery yard, this did not happen. I had no phone on me at the time, and could not call my insurance, the drivers could not even drop me off at the police station to report the accident. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
I was charged 15000 rand for the storage and towing of my vehicle. They informed me at the time of the accident that the vehicle would be towed to the discovery yard, this did not happen. I had no phone on me at the time, and could not call my insurance, the drivers could not even drop me off at the police station to report the accident. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
