12 of 10 for customer service. My phone was sent the them by Naked Insurance (also amazing company). After 3 days I was told that the device could be repaired and it would take 10 days to source the parts. I have just requested that they replace the battery while it is being repaired and was met with a great email sayin it could be done. At every point of this process they have kept me in the loop and have gone above and beyond in every possible way. The quality of the repairs is significantly better than Apple South Africa (core). And the service is amazing.
Honestly the BEST service I have received from an insurance company or any company in South Africa. Fell up a flight of stairs with my phone in hand. Shattered front and back and didn't even turn on. Less than 2 weeks later, they have not only managed to repair my shattered phone but also completely replace the battery (upon request). Best service in South Africa Best Insurance in Africa
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After 3 years of having their substandard tracker drain and damage my battery (one new car battery later). I confirmed that I would like to cancel my contract with them upon it's conclusion. Not only did the woman not take responsibility and make a note to cancel it upon conclusion of the end of the month. The absolutely horrific company has now issued me with a legal summons for R412.00 rand. 6 Months after I originally told them to cancel my contract. Really cannot believe the level of customer service. Please can someone do something about this company.
Absolutely fantastic service. Cannot begin to describe how relieved I am to have Naked on all of my belongings. Apple watch got smashed, the icare extended warranty was rejected by the apple store due to the damaged rear glass. Naked sorted out the claim within a week.
So it has now been more than a year since I initially put in my request to cancel my MTN line. Not only has no one reached out to find out why my account has been debited for the past 5 months, but I have now escalated it to their legal team. I have still not received a response and have visited their Sandton and Morningside stores countless times. Please can someone get back to me. I have been debited close to R2000.00 for an account I have not had since last year.
It’s been 4 months now of visiting stores, writing emails and trying to talk to one of their “service champions”. I canceled a contract in October last year but have been subsequently billed every month since.
Cannot believe this level of service. I canceled my contract 3 months ago and have been billed every month. I have 2 current contracts with MTN and now I have had them canceled because I stopped payment as a result of them overcharging me for the past 3 months. They have deducted +1300 rand from my account and provided no service. I have phoned and emailed more than 10 times and I’m at the point where I do not know what to do.
Purchased off of their website 2 weeks ago. Money was taken out of my account, received a purchase receipt from paygate. Did not receive an order confirmation, did not receive an order number. It has been two weeks and I have phoned every day and cannot get through. Have reported it to the bank but cannot get them to follow up.
Cannot honestly say I’ve had such a good experience with insurance before. Phone got stollen from my car a month ago, with all the required information and documentation they applied a voucher for the istore within a week. Really, really happy!
I was charged 15000 rand for the storage and towing of my vehicle. They informed me at the time of the accident that the vehicle would be towed to the discovery yard, this did not happen. I had no phone on me at the time, and could not call my insurance, the drivers could not even drop me off at the police station to report the accident. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
