These are the people who deal with our insurance claims together with Angor.
My geyser was leaking boiling water since May. I reported it told them it happens periodically. Plumber comes on the day the geyser is not leaking and says " no geyser burst" on the report and moves on with his life. The geyser continues now my electricity bill is up the roof as well. I call again in August tell the plumber what happens and instantly he knows whats wrong. The thermostat is dead so it cant release the pressure or cools down once my water is too hot hence then it boils over.
Sheree-Lee and her team have been gaslighting me since then about my electricity and the leak. She told me that it is normal for a geyser to sprout out boiling water everywhere almost everyday. And if the thermostat was not working then I shouldn't have had hot water but the SP they sent removed the thermostat which means he removed something that was not problematic. Now I need to call Drainsure who they sent to tell me why the parts were removed if it was not the problem because as per Sheree-lee and her team leader this is all in my head and the plumber removed parts that were working fine.
